Just went in for some birthday party stuff. There was only one lady on register. Another employee came to help out and I heard the manager get mad for the lady that was on register asking for help. They don't understand that it's a team effort to get customers in and out in a timely fashion so there's not long lines. This Dollar Store always has long lines and only one register is open. Thank you to the ladyl who came to help you showed how team work should be done.

What I appreciate most about Dollar Tree is the affordability and price point of products. I usually like to buy cleaning supplies, plastic utensils, gift supplies, hand wipes, makeup, snacks, etc. This location on Pershing Ave is nice. It is well-stocked and has a huge selection of items compared to other locations in the Stockton area. There are usually multiple cashiers so the wait time is not as long. The customer service is always pleasant and friendly. I recommend coming here.

20-50 min wait time between the hours of 10am and 3pm. Hire more cashiers.

No way to get your items to the car because they put pipes on the top of the carts. This place is probably one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve ever seen. And I mean that at every level. It makes the Walmart shopping experience look like a dream. Overheard Ryan the cashier telling customers he doesn’t like it when they buy five items because the price is 666 and he doesn’t want to say that number to them so he tells them to look for themselves at the register screen.
