Solid Dollar Tree. It's my go-to for snacks and a variety of quick items. The aisles and store could definitely be cleaner, but hey, it’s Dollar Tree, so I can’t expect perfection. Still, a good spot for grabbing affordable essentials.

I used to work at this location and I can tell you my honest opinion. This store is dirty. Management is run poorly. This business ONLY cares about the money not your safety. Customers safety or the workers safety. Luis Chan the district manager can care less that associates are getting physically assaulted and threatened. Cop's get called daily for theft or homeless hiding in the roof. We are told to " customer service " suspicious people and offer them a hand basket to deter them from stealing !! Wise words from Luis Chan. Manager Chantha would tell me to kick out a thief all the time and one day I snatched Merchandise out of a thieves hands and I was physically assaulted. I got punched in the face and back.of the head 6 times. All of a sudden it became policy to not stop thieves. I was fired for getting 3 CASES of chocolates back and the cops returned 1 tote full of candy. Don't work here unless you like being spit on, screamed at or assaulted because all the cashiers have a story of what's happened to them. Meanwhile Management is aware and so is Luis Chan, Patrick Boyle the Hr and Carlos Hernandez Regional Manager. It's unsafe and shopping for Merchandise is good for certain items because you can find good items.

What I appreciate most about Dollar Tree is the affordability and price point of products. I usually like to buy cleaning supplies, plastic utensils, gift supplies, hand wipes, makeup, snacks, etc. This location on Pacific Ave is good for the most part. A lot of items are usually stocked. The store is clean and well-maintained. The checkout line can get a bit chaotic and backed up at times. The staff members are generally pleasant and kind. I recommend coming to this Dollar Tree.

Before purchasing school supplies my sister who works in education asked the Store Manager Sandra if she could return some of the items. Sandra then told my sister that she could as long as she had a receipt. After purchasing she then failed to be clear and thorough about she won't get her money back, but only for store credit. As well as she could use the credit for Halloween and Christmas. My sister doesn't shop at dollar tree. My sister asked about if we could void the transaction and Sandra said no it is store policy. We haven't left the store when we asked, and she still refused to cancel the transaction and let us take some of the stuff back. Shouldn't she said the correct store policy verbally?
