Crooks. A whole house fan was received at the Manteca facility, no update on the order for nine days. The only way for me to physically speak to someone at the facility was to call the Sacramento facility and have them physically transfer me to a human being waiting on the other line. These folks just do not answer the phone. The person at the Manteca facility was absolutely obnoxious and could not locate my shipment. I then called the company I ordered it from in order to get a refund. $1600.00 in a 100lb+ box just grew legs and disappeared. I received a refund but I was waiting well over 15 days for this shipment for someone at their facility to steal it.

This is the absolute worst delivery company I have ever dealt with. They failed to deliver my package on three separate occasions, causing me significant inconvenience and financial hardship. As a single parent, I had to take days off work to wait for the delivery, only to have the drivers never show up. Upon reviewing my security camera footage, I discovered that the drivers had lied on the tracking system, claiming "Delivery Attempted - No Receiving Personnel" when no such attempt was made. This experience has been incredibly challenging for me.The repeated failures and false claims by Estes has resulted in a hardship for me as a single parent. Not only did I have to take time off work and make necessary arrangements for the delivery, but the drivers never showed up despite their claims. It is frustrating to see such dishonesty from a company that should prioritize customer satisfaction. I hope that my review serves as a warning to others. Before purchasing a large item from a big box store, make sure they delivery isn't contracted with Estes.

Biggest a$$ I ever met they stay at the best Western and never park in truck parking but the j offs will take 3 parking spot right in front of main entrance, no character to the drivers just plain rude the entire company all branches

We used Estes Sure move to move our home from California to Kentucky. It's a shame I have to even give them ONE star. They wanted full payment upfront. No problem. We didn't have a home in Kentucky to move to and they said no problem. Let us know where and we will deliver. The first 30 miles is free after that it's per mile. No problem. The problem was they refused to deliver our belongings an hour and half down the road (same amount of time they drove to initially pick up). They gave NO reason why and no way to help. There wasn't any other Estes locations to help. They wouldn't even drive it when we were happy to pay per mile. They said they just don't deliver. We are seniors and feel they punked us. No compensation, no reason, nothing, other than get your stuff out or we will donate and sell. We had to pay a few thousand more dollars to have another company go to their yard and unload from their truck to the new truck and have our stuff delivered. Unreal! There contract says they are not held accountable for anything they say on the phone or otherwise. So basically, they BS when you call, get your money and do whatever they feel like doing or what suits their bottom line. RUN do not use this company. There are plenty of others who aren't shady!

You are a very irresponsible company, a large pallet is missing. Your company will scan when it arrives at each station. You say it can't be found, but my shipment shows that it has arrived at your Sacramento terminal. , You can check when the shipment arrive at your terminal to know where the goods are going to, check what time they scanned, and then check the truck entering your terminal at that time. You didn't check it carefully at all, and kept telling us can't find it , This is your company's problem, you don't take it seriously at all!On this matter, I hope you can pay attention to it, I hope you can find it for me,not just telling me can't find it , that's your responsibility!

This company is the worst delivery company ever. I called there till 209-249-3000 number at 2:15 I spoke with a young lady named Haley I advised that my husband has been waiting on his freight for over two weeks now. She advised me that the package was supposed to be delivered today 5/19/21 and that she sent an email to the Scheduler that it needs to be delivered by tomorrow 5/20/21. So I asked her why did they skip Stockton delivery terminal where we live to take it to the terminal where she is in Manteca. I said it just doesn't make sense and he's been told over and over that the package just arrived today for two weeks I want to say bye to her if the package is not delivered by tomorrow I will seek legal advice I asked her can I speak with a manager she put Jimmy Monzingo (terminal manager) in Manteca California on the line he got on the phone I told him who I was and he interrupted and said first off did you say Attorney to Haley? I said what I said is" I'm going to seek legal assistant if our package isn't delivered by tomorrow. Jimmy said' well I can't talk to you since you said the word legal call the corporate office and speak with our attorneys and hung up. Because We spent our money on product his goal working for the company who hired him to do what's in the best interest of the company and deliver customers freight and to deescalate any problems by any means, not to hang up on a customer because when they're upset about their product that they should've received a long time ago. I'm in hope the Customer Engagement Department read these reviews every day so that they can take this tracking number 092-1646856 and make sure that my husbands freight is delivered by tomorrow thanks and advance Cooperate.

The worst shipping company. My package was sitting in a truck unloaded for 5 days in Stockton CA. Its been 18 days and I don't expect to have it in less than 20.

I basically call for three days straight and our customers product was still sitting on our dock. Finally had to switch it over to R&L to get it to our customer. And it’s not just one time.

I have been working with Estes for over ten years. My rep. is very helpful in answering any question or concerns that I might have about any shipment. They always pick up on time and deliver with in the time frame which was quoted. Also, Great Customer service from the Stockton Terminal .
