Klint has become almost like family to us. He has great customer service and excellent communication skills. Let's us know exactly what he will be doing and how. Gives us an estimate and usually the bill come out just under the quote. Familia Automotive is just that, family style auto repair service at all times.

Took my Nissan in for stalling. Owner ran some test found it was just a bad sensor. Just charged me for the cost of the sensor from the Orileys receipt, no labor. Said he’s not going to charge me for a couple screws. Genuine mechanic.

Familia Automotive is the go to place. Klent helped me with an engine swap and helped me pick the best engine we can find. Klent also saved me money by suggesting that I replace the clutch while everything was already apart. They kept me updated on my cars status daily and gave accurate pix and vids on what was going on. They also explain why and how something breaks down. Theyre very friendly and respectful. I've been going here for years, I get cars towed from Grass Valley, CA. Just so I can have these guys work on it. They pay attention to detail and make sure the job is done right. They take pride in their work, the art that is preformed at Familia Automotive is quality.Oh and they have free coffee and water.
