This famous footwear had to be the messiest, more unorganized and dirtiest shoes stores I’ve ever seen. There were so many opened, On the floor, Scattered boxes of shoes in every aisle
There was not one aisle that didn’t have at least half of the aisle, opened scattered and messy
The worker was just sitting at the Register clearly not giving a crap, but the place was so messy you couldn’t even find matches to shoes. Then complained when we were at the register, but he’s never Going to get a break. I know they don’t all look like that because the one in elk Grove is clean and organized. Ownership should know about what a mess that place is that clearly has staff that does not care

Very poor customer service. 2 staff members up front the whole time while my wife and I were in there. Shoes are very unorganized. Nothing was in order. It was very had to find a pair of shoes that I wanted to purchase because nothing was organized. Racks in the very back of the store. Wanted to look at some shoes in the back of the store but I couldn’t. The 2 staff members were to busy talking to each other and on there phones. Didn’t go around the store to ask customers if they needed help. Very disappointed at Thais store. I will never come back. This store needs new management.

They don't have the sales that were online. It's almost like most stores prefer we shop online instead of visiting the stores. Very sad. I like going to the stores.

This place is a joke. Been here at least 3 times. The last time I brought my teenage son in was to exchange for a bigger size shoes that I had bought the day before. As we were walking into the store, I had the famous footwear bag in my hand, we were greeted immediately, which was nice, however, when we were standing right there in front of him at the first section of the shoe rack looking at other shoes, he asks me if I wanted him to hold my bag for me. I already knew, it wasn't to be nice, he probably was thinking I'm one of those people that would steal or whatever. Anyways, I was fine with it and said ok. I gave him my bag and continued on looking at shoes. When we couldn't find my sons shoe size, I decided we'll look at another location. I went back to the front where he's been the whole time and asked for my bag. He gives me my sons shoe box. Excuse me, but where the F*** is my bag??? How dare you go into my bag and take out the shoe box!!!! Wtf if I had other sh*t in there?!?!!?? You went through my f**king bag?!!!? Don't trust these people. Found out few months ago, they had 3 men or whatever, stole loads of shoes there. Karma.

I was extremely disappointed when I visited today. I have a two year old son who wears AFOs and was hoping to find him a couple pairs of sandals to wear with and without his AFOs. As this is our first summer with these trying on the shoes is important to make sure they fit as different sizes fit differently with the braces.I had been in the toddler sandal selection for a few minutes when an employee came over and told me I could no longer look at the shoes in the section because he needed to block off the aisle and organize it. While I understand employees need to clean the store, I was there specifically for these shoes that were only in this section. He could have waited or worked around us as normal stores do.What made it worse is there was another worker standing and watching the interaction with an extremely dirty look on his face. I was extremely uncomfortable and chose to leave as we could no longer look at the only reason we were there, as we left the second person said "have a nice day" in a tone clearly meant to be condescending.We called to speak to a manager and two employees who said they were the managers were again, extremely rude.I would like to add that I never once raised my voice or was rude back. I'm not sure why they felt to need to essentially bully a mother with a disabled toddler so they could organize. Definitely won't be going back.
