Keith should maybe not be in customer service. I had items to ship…description read FedEx will pack and ship. I was told I had to purchase packages. Initially said no I’ll get my own and print the labels. So he printed labels, then decided to just purchase the envelopes so o returned and he told me well you need to package them up. My husband even noticed him being rude.

Worst customer service Philippians guy at desk has bad attitude towards customer . Long waiting line and customers leaving . If you do not like the job why you work here . Give opportunity to others with good attitude and customer service experience .

I had a pleasant experience this morning 6/27/25 I do want to send out a recognition of one particular employee there as soon as you walk in she's got this vibrant beautiful smile she's got a very nice personality she's very attentive very helpful and I don't say this very often when I go to places. I kind of walked in there with a tired energy but not only was this Young woman spirit so vibrant but she was very helpful that leaving the store my energy has all changed I'm totally happy ready to get this day going thank you FedEx for your hired service employee:with purple hair band March ln

This FedEx has a great variety of printers, copiers, and other services, but if you need help from a worker or want to buy something, the wait times are incredibly long. I spent 45 minutes just trying to ship out a package with only one worker at the counter. They definitely need more staff to keep things moving faster.

Fedex stockton is stealing items. That's the only conclusion I have gotten to. I have ordered 4 separate unique items that have been sent through stockton. On all 4 have seemingly disappeared.
I tracked each one on the tracking number to FedEx stockton and they never seem to leave the warehouse. After battling the call robots and going in circles with them, I made a complaint to the better business bureau, finally I got an automated message from Fedex saying (in layman's terms) that the packages were seemingly lost and to contact the person I ordered them from.
Once it's in Fedex's hands it it Fedex's responsibility to get it to me, not the person I ordered it from.
The only conclusion I can draw is that Fedex is run and operated by thieves. They take your money and your package and they both mysteriously dissappear.

5 Star service from WILL at the Fedex off March Lane. Thank you for your patience in helping our client send documents via email today. We appreciate you. Your patience and professionalism handling a long line of folks, was beyond helpful and refreshing in a stressful environment. The most under equipped fedex kinkos I have ever been to…. No paper clips ….. no hole punch and the elderly women behind the counter who appeared to be the manager did her best to ignore the situation

Worst place ever. Guys at customer service enjoy while they make you wait forever and they continuously cut jokes with customers they are dealing with. They don’t care about other people waiting to be served. Never coming back.
