I want to warn about the FedEx facility in Stockton, California. According to the tracking app, my package has been sitting at this exact location for almost two weeks. I ordered a SUP paddleboard through Walmart with next-day delivery. Walmart did their job perfectly and handed the package over to FedEx on time.
But FedEx in Stockton, according to the app, is just holding my package and keeps changing the delivery date every single day. Customer service is completely useless — they just send standard replies and offer no real help. Eventually, I had to cancel my order through Walmart, and they refunded me. But FedEx still keeps updating the delivery date for a package that technically no longer exists.
Honestly, it feels like someone at that facility simply decided to keep my paddleboard for themselves. Very frustrating experience. I do not recommend dealing with FedEx in Stockton.

The older Mexican lady is rude all the time I come here. She thinks she’s a know it all and never will go the extra mile for the customers. I had two packages that got shipped together and only one was there and the other part never got scanned yet so maybe it was a missed scan because it happens sometimes. Instead of wanting to go check the back like I asked respectfully she just flat out said nope it’s not there because the computer says so and because it was an “express saver” and it’s has to be two days and she didn’t know why the other half got here sooner. This has happened before and she seemed to have not give me the package because i was early last time and she wanted me to call the shipper so it they can pay more money because it got here less than 2 days and it should be considered overnight. FedEx needs to
Get her out of there and make her go sort packages since she knows it all and the computer is her brain. The other younger ladies that work here always take care of me i dont know names but there is one that seems to have been working here for a long time she is the best she sees me coming in and before i walk in she has my packages ready to go so five stars to her not the older one

We had a great experience here. We missed a package and drove over an hour to pick it up. The person who helped us (and I apologize if I spell the name wrong) Deovion, was absolutely amazing, kind, and helpful. Please buy her a coffee, give her a raise, buy her lunch - something. The world needs more people like her.
