If you like bad customer service (I take it some people do because this store has a lot of foot traffic)The store is loud with employees standing around chatting with each other.They say 2 times the charm, but not here.Today, I confirmed that the employees here at JD can care less to give customers a good shopping experience. I’m not asking for red-carpet treatment, but please do not ignore us when we show interest in your products.Here is what happened today, our second and last visit:My daughter asked to try on some shoes, the female employee that walked to the back of the store to “find” them must have disregarded my daughter’s request because she came back out, empty-handed, walked up to another customer to offer help, and when she noticed my daughter and I behind said customer, she turned around and walked away. She never directed me or my daughter to let us know if the shoes were in stock or not.We were disappointed as we were on our first visit several months ago.As my daughter and I exited the store, I noticed the manager standing around casually talking with his employees as if they were just hanging out; I addressed him about the terrible customer service, and when I did, the employees hushed up as to listen in on what I was complaining about. I informed him about the terrible customer service, hope he makes a change in his team, it looks like a nice store with trending sports shoes too bad the employees lack decent customer service skills.

Got my son shoes from here service was very helpful and quick , I knew what I wanted and they had it . handled it very well

Horrible customer service!!!! I was witness to a young man being attacked and cussed out by supposedly the "store manager" I myself working in customer service know that you whatever the reason may be you should never speak to a customer like that you should remain professional at all times... I will never be shopping there again if I see the young lady "store manager" in there. I was so upset I had to leave the mall

A big thank you to the store manager Tina for getting me the last pair of panda dunks in a size 10. I was told there were none left and she was kind enough to double check the back room. Your service is great! I will definitely come back to buy more shoes!

Horrible customer service. I wasn’t greeted upon entering while two reps were standing in the front entrance conversating. Meanwhile browsing no one came and asked us if we needed assistance.I finally had my daughter walk up to the two guys infront and ask for assistance.He did not want to help . He literally went in the back to grab a shoe size and when I asked for mine he left and never came back.We were waiting for a good 10-15min until I noticed he was standing by the front register talking and laughing with coworkers. I was annoyed by the fact that I wasted my time even walking in there trying to buy something.

I Came in and was greeted well & supplied with great service! The manager Aisha was very helpful and accommodating. Made me and my family feel very welcome and exceeded our expectations. Need more people like her in the company. I will continue to bring my business to JD Sports because the staff and manager left a great impression on my family! She rocks and JD Sports is the best by far!!

I went in today to buy myself and my child a pair of shoes and had a wonderful experience because of Anthony. He made the process of getting shoes easy and fun. He had mindful suggestions as I explained what I was looking for. His outgoing personality made shopping that much better. I will Definitely be coming back!

I wanted to purchase a pair of Nike Air Force 1. I was so excited to buy my fist pair. I walked in and I asked an employee if they carry any and he said no and walked away. He could have done a little more to help me to possibly find another option for me. But I think he judge me by the way I looked and dressed or maybe my size or maybe he thought I can’t afford to purchase any shoes idk… ,now I feel like I can’t go in that store Because I’m scared of being judge on how I appear. I think the store need to change their approach and customer service otherwise they will lose potential clientele or current clientele if they continue to judge customers based on their appearance.

Horrible customer service. They refused service to me because someone I was with called corporate to ask about a policy. They weren’t following corporate policy according to corporate themselves. After that the workers were petty and refused to sell shoes to my friend and myself. Completely unprofessional. They can not retaliate for a customer asking corporate a question. Save your money and spend else where. All these workers need to be re-trained and learn how to separate their personal feelings from work.
