I Came in and was greeted well & supplied with great service! The manager Aisha was very helpful and accommodating. Made me and my family feel very welcome and exceeded our expectations. Need more people like her in the company. I will continue to bring my business to JD Sports because the staff and manager left a great impression on my family! She rocks and JD Sports is the best by far!!

I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT TO EVERYONE . THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE IS """THE BOOOOB!"" I will say that the Macys employement staff has done a PHENOMENAL JOB IN TRAINING THEIR EMPLOYEES. THEY HAVE POSITIVE ATTITUDES THAT SET IN PLACE A JOYUS SHOPPING EXPERIENCE. GRECIA that works in the shoe department was very helpful and went above and beyond to provide me and my mom with great customer service. They did not have boot size we wanted so she suggested we order online or get them at another store. Paige is another Macys representative that has a awesome attitude and great customer service. She helped with the key pad and did not make me feel like a nincompoop. Yolanda is also awesome sells representative. She had a great attitude and was kind. She told he what to do to get my balance of my store limit. ALL these employees deserve raises.

Escalator needs to checked. I was there in Saturday afternoon and when I was getting off going upstairs escalator sucked my croc in the feeder and screwed it up. Just bought these a month ago ?

The associate was ridiculous. I got there to pick up and there was no one in line for online pick up or returns. I waited and saw her fumbling thru the clothes racks. She walked to the register and did a price check and went back to the racks and was looking thru. I'm 100% sure she saw me standing there. Come on, there was no one else but me standing in line. Another customer got to the return line. I wait for a good 5 mins and the associate didn't even bother to acknowledge me. I finally walked to her and asked "Excuse me. Is there anyone working at the pick up counter?" She looked at me with an attitude, didn't even look at me and said "I'll get someone," walked to the register and assisted the customer who was returning items. Really? she saw me got there, stood in line, asked for help, yet helped the other customer first. Thankfully, another associate named Helen, came by with a sanitizer cart, saw me standing there and offered to help me. I was going to get the other associate's name but she was saved by her coworker. I'm sure if Macy's look at their schedule, they'll know who was working there. Maybe she was having a bad day but that does not mean she ignores her customers. She should have called in sick then.. Makes me not wanna go back..

Leticia Martinez delivered impeccable customer service at the “At Your Service” department. My on-line ordered was messed up as part of it was returned because I didn’t pick it up in time which was contrary to the email that was sent to me stating that I had until 12/16/19 to pick it up, and it was only 12/10/19. So instead of just blowing me off like the previous staff did, she went above and behind to help me out, and she even help me carry my order out to the car. Thanks Leticia! You made me love Macy’s again!

Finishline is the store for all you sneaker heads. Came in here to check out their Airmax selection and walked out with a fresh pair of sneakers! These sneakerologist know their shoe game and was informative and friendly conversation. Shout out to David store manager for lacing me up. One thing though I wish they carried more New Balance and Adidas. The classics. Would be perfect for summer time style. Customer service improved a lot!

The women's shoe selection I really like. The staff are a bunch of lazy kids that just stand around chatting amongst each other. If I had my phone that day There would've been video of how horrible the customer service is!
