Year 2019:
My front tires were wore out, need new tires and alignment services. I stopped by Firestone assuming that the service was booked for the day (Sunday 5/26) due to Memorial weekends. I was amazed that Service Advisor David was able to make it happen on the same day. Now I feel secured to drive my car. Even though I’m Deaf, David was making sure I was aware of what was need to be done. The crew/technician were awesome to make my car safe to drive.

APP issue
The crew in front office covered the details to why scheduling availability on the app wasn’t possible for approval on the same day when I clicked time on the app. Rescheduled to convenience date. The result, my ‘19 Ranger came out healthier with maintenance and Lifetime alignment. Really appreciating the crew.

Amazing service! This place is here to do business not have small talk. They are quick to get back to you on what your vehicle needs done and are happy to do the repairs if they can. In this case our truck needed rear pads and drums which that did. We knew we had a leak and they found a leak at the rear main seal. This is not the kind of work they do so we will have to go elsewhere for the leak. Honesty is the best policy and theses guys will tell you straight up what’s wrong.

I spent $200 on an alignment package which allows me to do an alignment when ever I choose to. No extra fees and for the lifetime of my car. I have already had enough alignment done to pay for what I spent. It's been less than a year!
5/16/25: Still loving my lifetime alignment package!!
