Attendant just stood over my shoulder as I went through checkout, why have self checkout when they can just cashier themself. The attendant asks me to round up. I get questioned by the attendant when I say no to rounding up and they proceed to guilt trip me about a work quota until I said yes. Right after that they pressed the “9” customer service button without even asking me. I was harassed for a yes to give more money but not to rate customer service? Very weird experience I had never had a problem at 5 below before, and I never write reviews but this genuinely was a poor customer experience. And management should not be pushing workers to the point where employees feel the need to pressure customers for a yes.

I haven't ventured the entire store but it isn't bad I do feel bad for the employees can't even greet someone without being cussed at.

The store is quite big. Some items are not $5.00 and below, like electronic stuffs. They sale quite a complete items, toys, cosmetic, book, etc. The store can be accessed from inside the mall and from the parking lot.

Oh my gosh. I came in here and lost my mind. I always find stuff in here...including these pink slippers/crocs...they are comfy and make great when going for a pedicure😜

This is a great store! Items aren't just cheap but good quality. Staff is friendly and helpful and unfortunately has to deal with a lot of thefts and issues due to being in the mall with 2 doors, one heading out of the mall, the other heading into the mall. Give these workers a break! They're trying to do their job in a popular store with circumstances that are difficult for those in retail. I will always recommend this store!

Very distasteful staff someone who I presume to be the manager was very ill mannered towards me and other customers saw. Really embarrassing she tried to go out of her way to irritate me then gaslight me when I responded to her. Literally told me the other staff were scared of me? I asked why is it the color of my skin I did nothin to make her fear me I literally walked in the store and minded my business.
