Nothing beats going in and having shoes fitted to your feet. The comfort and feel is fantastic. I’ve been to fleet feet twice and both times I was glad. As far as I’m concerned. That is where I will always go.

Happy with my purchase but I pretty much knew what I wanted before I went in, the two guys that I spoke with we're pretty much educated in what type of shoes that I wanted and needed.. seems like a lot of runners/ joggers go into the store.. will I be going back? Probably..I bought the Hoka Bondi 9 pricey but a very nice shoe.. go in and check them out, doesn't hurt ask questions..

I visited Fleet Feet this past Saturday with my sister, and we had a great experience thanks to Keith. From the moment we walked in, he was helpful and attentive. We started with a foot scan, which was both informative and fascinating. Keith walked us through the results in detail and explained how they would help match us with the right shoes.
He quickly brought out three pairs of shoes for each of us to try and was more than willing to bring out more if needed. I had a lot of questions, and Keith answered every one with patience and expertise. He was incredibly knowledgeable and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending Fleet Feet to others!

Employees were friendly and helpful. It was great getting the fitting and scan done to see what type of shoe would be best for me instead of just guessing or trying on a million pairs. Would definitely recommend!

I came here to find a trail shoe for my spartan race. The employees are very patient and knowledge. My toddler was running around the store and invading the space of other people in the store and the employees didn't seem to mind. Very friendly people, but I wish the store carried more sizes.

Super friendly and helpful, I ended up not finding the color way I wanted but was able to learn a lot about how different shoes feel, look and are priced. I also did the 3D scan of my feet which gave me a lot of insight into how what my foot shape looks like and what shoes would be most optimal for me. Would definitely recommend!

Employees are amazing but unfortunately I think they got my size wrong. I trusted there judgement when they said I should wear a certain size up an now I'm running around feeling like a clown. There's over an inch of space in my toe area an my feet move around non stop when I run If I don't tie them extra snug, an that just creates its own problem an pain. Now I may have to go somewhere else to purchase other shoes as I no longer have my receipt an have warm these a few times. Lesson learned....

I struggle with sciatica and foot pain, so it's hard to find comfortable shoes. I also have wide feet, so it's hard to find shoes that fit. I searched for months trying to find comfortable shoes that were the right size, but couldn't find anything. I lost track of how many pairs of shoes I returned because they simply were not comfortable. Eventually I tried Fleet Feet and not only thank you did I find one pair that worked, but several pairs.
I know this sounds like a paid review, but I assure you it's not. I really did honestly have an exceptional experience. Yes, the shoes can be a bit pricey. So if you're looking for more affordable athletic shoes, try Big 5. But to be honest, I was willing to pay far more than what I did. So as far as I'm concerned, it was a good deal. Although now I'm regretting writing this, because I'm afraid they will increase their prices knowing that I'm willing to pay more. Okay, I take it all back, it was an awful store. You will most certainly NOT find a comfortable pair of shoes for a reasonable price.
