I'm so disappointed with this company. I ordered what I thought was a 4x16 tile so I could see if it would look good for a kitchen backsplash. I paid $20, and received a very little piece, less than half of the width of the tile. Seriously, this company is really that cheap. They should be embarrassed.

Really love the tile. Hated dealing with the firm. Tried to purchase through "trade discount," Rep strung me along for a month (and delayed my tile guy). I finally gave up. I let our Interiors group here at work know the issues with working with them.

I would highly advise purchasing anything from this company! I had to give them 1 star just to write a comment, otherwise they would get 0! They misrepresent the products they sell and their customer service skills are horrible!!!! Continue your google search elsewhere!!!!
