1 hour 20 minutes in the heat, idling car while waiting to make a donation. They do 1 car and leave…. Seriously leave the post to roll a cart back and have a conversation with another person. No urgency, one person doing the job. The people holding conversations won’t work… just talked.
Poor management and work ethic of employees.
Never again.
The car in front of me literally let their passengers out: An adult and a little boy with a backpack on so that they could walk to their morning destination. Walking to school in 90 degree heat is more efficient than waiting in this line.
Poor management!

Where is the graph that identifies how busy the place is? I tried to donate new clothes but if I can't I'll just throw it away.

No dressing room to try on clothes that are final sale only, first goodwill I have been in that doesn’t have a dressing room. Clothes are so disorganized they organize by color not by size so you have to go through each pair to see the size. Also stuff thrown all over the place and on the floor. Staff were polite at least. Purchased two pair of pants only one fit comfortable and the other is tight unfortunately can’t return it for another pair. Very disappointed!!!!

In recent years, we donated good, unused items to Salvation Army even though it’s further away from us. This time for our trip convenience, we decided to stop at this goodwill. There was a long car line. Years ago, it only took a few minutes to drop off at this center. Wondering what happened, thinking why it took so long to proceed, we patiently waited since we were already there. It took more than half an hour to get to the person. He was slowly taking the bags, sorting them out, putting in different bins… when the bins were not even full (maybe half), he took his time to take them inside, letting others waiting in line in a hot day with their engine on. He wasted people’s time plus gas and added pollution to the air with those engines on. It seemed like we were begging to give out our items. They should hire people who are willing to work and do great things for the community… or maybe this is how their system works, smh we won’t come back

Good size Goodwill, but the staff can be hit or miss, much like their inventory. Many items don't get rotated or moved around, so you might find something you saw months ago still sitting there. It can be a bit of a gamble, but you can occasionally find some good items.

Trash. No offense to the staff, I’m not local so I can’t say whether they’re are to blame are all…but selection was absolutely terrible, especially for mens clothing. There were literally more empty hangs than t shirts on the racks. Clothing and hangers all over the ground, just a sad thrift store.

I used to enjoy this store and have found great items there in the past. But, over the last year the organization in the home goods/furniture area has steadily gone downhill. It’s to the point that it’s impossible to shop these items any longer. The shelves are stuffed and resemble a disorganized junk drawer. Glassware, dishes, toys, holiday products, baskets, electronics etc are thrown together with zero organization. Items are buried. The pricing is odd. It doesn’t look like any other goodwill I’ve ever shopped in. The people who work there are nice and the clothing area seems better organized but I mostly shop home goods at thrift stores.

I found a little nic nac I wanted to buy. They wouldn't sell it because it had no tag and would have to reprocess it. So stupid, the worker was apologetic about it but it's still a stupid policy.

The store is ok and much better organized. But the prices are way higher now and the music is so loud! I feel bad because it was my favorite store.

What a coincidence I came to post about the same thing one review below me is talking about ! employee walking to the store bringing out items clearing out phlegm and nastiness out of his throat and nose, extremely loud you could hear it everywhere in the store. This was going on for the entire 10 minutes I was in there. Disgusting and unacceptable - management needs to actually do their job and send that employee home or to the doctor to go take care of that issue, because in any customer service job that is straight up unacceptable unhealthy and absolutely disgusting. Take note goodwill, this was at approximately 2:10 p.m. April 18th 2024, this way you can see who was working and I'm sure figure it out. To anyone reading just imagine that guy touching all of the items in the store or at least a good portion of them.

There was a man employee sweeping that kept coughing without covering his mouth and blew snot rockets in the house hold items. So disgusting, all while Goodwill talked about covid safety practices over the loud speaker lol. I had to leave quick.

Very rude employees and wouldn't take stuff that is acceptable as listed on line. They made me to feel bad about trying to donate and were unhelpful and downright insulting. Won't donate there again.

I probably won’t donate here again. The employees that work the back could not be bothered to do their job. Made everybody in line Waite while the talked and joked!
