I’ve lived here a little over a month now and I love it here. It’s very homey. I came from a luxury apartment before moving here and I can tell you that I’m much more happy here. Management is very nice and attentive.

The manager is hardly in her office and closes without leaving a note to say when they will open or how long she will be gone. She does not care about the tenants or what's going on with the apartments. Grouse Run Apartments are very poorly ran.

Moving to the area in a few months I decided to scout properties in person this time around. First impression? From the landscaping & unit design to the pool & gym & I was sold. What really made me love this property even more was the staff. I was greeted by a lovely woman named Jill. She took me on a fantastic tour of the property and had very direct answers for all of my questions, which there were a lot of. She gave me insight about the city and all of its local amenities which I really appreciated as well. Absolutely a 10/10! Looking forward to moving now more than ever!

A great place to live, they got a knife. 1 or 2 bedrooms there, and water and ponds to look at.

No stars. Been here for years started in a 1 bedroom, then 2,now 3. No problems till recently. We have been quite and pay rent on time every month. Recently was on car accident told management what happened. Got new car late Friday night in the morning it wasn't there. PARKED IN MY ASIDED SPOT. 2 hrs after we got home it was towed for no parking sticker. No warning. Half the cars have no sticker. Management claims everyone needs one motorcycles don't have stickers either. It's not posted that you have have to a sticker either. That's not all. New neighbor not even directly under neath us is coming up stairs taking pictures of the porch by my door opening my packages. Then running to management about me feed stray cats that are on my porch not hers. She wants the cats gone because she has a baby and there are bugs. Management claims they can't stop her from opening my packages. Management has no backbone

Good size one bedroom in my opinion. Bedroom was bigger than I thought it be. Only downside really is the parking situation. They’re very strict on it. Guest need a parking pass or risk your car getting towed. It happens

I've lived here 4+ years and not once have I had a problem until the new management and maintenance. Krishna ( not sure how she spells it ) is the most rude and unprofessional manager that I've EVER came across. She abuses her manager " power" way to much. She has multiple ( more than 2 ) cars parked on the property when it's 1 car per apartment , gives her relatives( who stay on the property) keys that control the washer and dryer when they are coin-op so they don't have to pay, and will get an attitude and curse you out if she can't have access to your apartment and you need something fixed! The thing that really pissed me off is that I heard her making fun of my disabled child! And the maintenance guys , pssssh you might as well fix whatever problem you have yourself . They are lazy liars and will take 2 + weeks to patch a small hole in a door. One of the the maintenance guy named Jose blamed a leak from my bathtub and a puddle of water in my hallway ,on my shower head when clearly the sealant from the tub was coming up and needed to be redone and the hallway is no where near the bathtub . I even turned the water on to show the cracked sealant and he still said it was my shower head so he won't have to do more work. Because of the new management and maintenance and their lack of work ethics/ professionalism I am forced to leave . I've tried talking with the owner/supervisor of these apartments to let her know about her new staff and it's like talking to a brick wall. I will be filling a case with the housing authority.Ps. My bathtub is STILL leaking . Written 3.3.18
