The Hilton Stockton is generally described as a very nice hotel with a beautiful lobby and comfortable, updated rooms that are large and clean. The beds are frequently praised as very comfortable. Guests note the hotel is quiet and conveniently located close to many amenities. Staff are often reported as friendly and supportive. The on-site Canal Street Bar and Grill serves good food, with specific recommendations for the asparagus fries and wings, though service can be disorganized. A Starbucks is available in the hotel. However, several drawbacks are mentioned. The hotel is considered outdated in areas, particularly the hallways. The breakfast buffet is criticized as very poor and is not included, costing extra. Operational issues are reported, such as slow or non-working elevators, empty water bottles in rooms, and occasional problems contacting the front desk. Some guests feel the prices are too high for the area. Noise from housekeeping in the hallways can also be a disturbance. The hotel features a 24-hour gym. Many guests state they would stay again despite the noted issues.
Breakfast was not worth the $15. Not many options available.

Brian is awesome at his job. He had me checked in before I walked in

This the second year attending an event, and Cecil is always a pleasure to talk to. From talking to her on the phone for an early check in to accommodating a really nice room with a view of the canal.
