Jackson Hewitt is my now tax consultant. And I gladly give a 5 star review. They made my life better with one less thing to worry about. I left there with a good filling.. knowing I will be going back next year to do my taxes.

Don't come here to do your taxes waited 3 months to find out they don't know what happen to my money . Went through IRS , And bank and they stated they released my refund to Jackson Hewitt where I did my taxes at and still no answer on where my money is . Paid $600 for bad services !!!! Never again with them

Jacqueline was great. I had easy peezy return but she was thorough, pleasant, informative, and quick. She informed me it could take a few minutes to an hour to get an email letting me know if my advance was approved and I had the email before I could start my car to leave. Only one downside, it did cost me $200 more than H&R was going to charge me. But the service was better at Jackson Hewitt. ?

I don't know the guys name who helped me file this year's taxes 2023 the dude looks like a rocker long hair hangs down Mexican guy this guy was very helpful and has amazing customer service and I don't leave reviews but i just had to thanks bro

I did my tax return and I was helped immediately. The tax preparer was very friendly and professional. It didn’t take long to complete my forms. I left satisfied every time. Been few years being their customer. I will return for sure next year.?

Please pleaseeeee!!!!! STOP GO TO THIS PLACE 499$ to do someone taxes is crazy money one and another thing is they muss up your taxes they don’t care !!! This is the second time they have muss up my taxes so please go elsewhere !! They lady’s in the office where yelling at me telling me there’s nothing they can do for me even those they muss up will not be going back ever!!
