“To make a long story short, Three diamonds fell out of my wedding ring the day of my dad's celebration of life service, which added another layer of devastation to an already extremely difficult day (fortunately, i found one of them)..About a week later, I began searching for jewelers to have my ring fixed. Because of the invisible setting, most of the jewelers I spoke to told me they wouldn't be able to fix it and that they would have to send it out to L.A. The last thing I wanted was to worry about risking losing my wedding ring I have had on my finger for over 20 years. As I was driving down Miracle Mile one day, I saw Kevin Schimke Jewlers and decided to give them a call. They were extremely polite and sympathetic and assured me they would do their absolute best to fix my ring on site. Boy did they do the hard work in sourcing the identical missing diamonds! They were transparent through the entire process and worked diligently to fix my unique ring. When I picked it up, I was absolutely amazed how beautiful it looked. “The jeweler did an amazing job resizing my ring (from a size 10 to 8). Originally I went to Gary J Long in Lincoln center and the man there told me they cannot down size my ring and that it would be very hard as my rings too delicate. He said it would be in the hundreds if I went anywhere & referred me to Fusion Jewelers down the street. I went to Fusion Jeweler’s and the couple that owns it were so friendly & kind! They really reassured me that my ring would be in safe hands & were able to down size it for way less than originally quoted at Gary Longs!! Not only that but it was very quick too! They’re a very kind couple and seem very knowledgeable. HIGHLY recommend!!”

I had 1 scheduled appt for ear piercing & ended up doing a total of 3 kids. She held the store down, took care of us, helped customers and greated them as they came in, her back up I didnt get her name but helped with keeping the flow of customers going to not causing too much congestion at the entrance. I was satisfied with the services rendered my kids were happy with her and thats after she pierced their ears already :D
