“Some machines have no hot water with no signs posted. Laundry scent beads won't melt and are wasted. On site manager says she posts no hot water signs but people take them off. Weird. There's no refund signs posted!She said *sorry" I did not ask for one but no offer to refund and move clothes to a washer with hot water. Bad customer service. Editing to 4 stars for swift resolution. ?”

“The staff is really kind and patient with everyone. It is a laundromat so it can get crazy busy and so come the issues, but that’s an issue with patrons and not the business or staff. They have vending machines and an ATM machine for convenience. They also have 2 change machines. The jumbo washers are great for comforters and such. (Edit: This place loses a star because, although most employees are awesome, we’ve since discovered one that isn’t. We normally visit in the evenings but the older lady in question is there in the mornings. She seems to get on well with people she knows, but she is rude to us in a way that we well recognize cuz we’re from the south… Bless her heart. Also, walking around huffing and puffing while cleaning because people don’t touch the machines the right way it’s just weird. While coming in during the morning when it is cooler is convenient, I don’t know that I want to suffer through this person’s lack luster version of customer service.)”

“Just recently moved to Stockton. While waiting on my washer and dryer to be delivered I needed to do laundry. Kim's wash time was close to my apartment, so I took my clothes there. The facility was very clean, the equipment was clean, no problem getting open machines. Employees were on site the entire time I was there. Very helpful, answered all my questions. Just a great place to do your laundry with no problems. I forgot a load of clothes while I was there. Arriving home, I received a message I had forgot some clothes, driving back, they were already being dried, an employee did that for me!!!!!! Wish I could give them 6 stars!!”

“I'm so surprised by the couple of negative reviews, must have this place mixed up with another business.I have to be honest I've never had a problem one with this business I feel the owner does a fine job as far as sanitary, perfessionalism, and great customer service goes. The owner has always been kind and helpful to me. If we had more business owners like him I bet the crime rate of business burglaries, and vandalisms would drop extremely.”

“Wow, we are so impressed with this Cleaners and Alterations location. My husband had several pairs of nice work pants that were tattered at the hem. He asked if their Tailor could re-hem them saving as much length as possible. They reported that they might need to take 1/2 inch off the original length to created a secure hemline. The Tailor did an outstanding job! The pants look wonderful and the new hem is very secure. My husband was thrilled with the results and the modest alterations fee. THANK YOU so much for saving his favorite pants, and for your patience with our many questions. We will defininitely return, and so appreciate the Tailors expertise and attention to detail. The staff were also very kind and helpful. Ten Stars!”

“This laundry mat is usually clean there are plenty of washer and dryers. They have 3 big load washers and 3 big dryers and then two different size machines that are smaller. But it is nice. I recommend it.”
