I would avoid this store like the plague. I purchased an appliance and the entire process has been a nightmare. I still haven't gotten it resolved. The communication between the installers is pretty much non-existent. So far they have missed two scheduled appointments and they never even called to explain why. This will be the last time I use Lowes for anything to do with appliances. I will say the associates have been very nice and respectful - it's not their fault that the company doesn't have this process down.

I find what I need and then some. I've bought cleaning supplies, bbq cover, trellis, outdoor patio chairs etc. I like the self check out. One problem is THEY DONT TAKE APPLE PAY. I could not pay with my phone so that's a little outdated.

This is one of the worst location and service I have experienced with Lowes. My husband and I purchaser appliances which were refeigator, washing machine and dryer. We were told that there is a free delivery and installation of the appliances. During the delivery they told us that they will be rescheduling the installation the next day due to our entry way has stairways and our laundry room is located upstairs. 6 days have passed and the appliances we bought had been sitting in our garage for that long. We've been on hold for almost 1 hr or more and talked to couple representative asking for help to fulfill that Lowes had promised to offer to us. After couple of calls they told us they couldn't provide the service anymore due to the stairs. As the manager name "Jim" told us this. This is very disappointing because it affected our daily and work schedule. We just recently moved in to our new home expecting to have the appliances installed the next we moved to our house. Now we can't do our grocery and can't wash our clothes. This is a very poor service for Lowes. We even made a complaints with their customer care but was been ignored and no resolution has been made. So I don't recommend buying any appliances from Lowes anymore

The customer service here is an absolute zero and an utter disappointment. I had asked for help, and literally was told "no". I had to have someone help load bark and it took 27 minutes to get someone to load said bark in my truck and they were literally still on a smoke break! They need to hire people that actually want to work and not just to get paid to lounge around like lizards

I bought a fridge and paid for installation. They neglected to hook up the water to the ice machine. I called customer service today. After trying to get a live person on the phone, they were no help. They sent me to appliances. Appliances said, when I asked for the attachment for the water line, she said, we don't deal with that here. She sent me to plumbing. Plumbing had no idea what I was talking about. I should have went to ho.e depot.

My name is Savoun Smon and Husband’s name is Samarth Smon. We just purchased a Samsung washer and dry package on Labor Day deal. Upon receiving the delivery, the delivery person dropped our dryer when unloading it from the truck. I have it on video. After that the dryer did not work properly. I returned the dryer to request for a new one. They stated that they will take care of it and order another one to the store for me to pick up. Since I don’t want it dropped again by their delivery services. I was told that I was going to receive a phone call within a week for the dryer to arrive. I called the store to check the status and they made a mistake and accidentally sold it to another customer. I was very disappointed and frustrated. I asked how soon can I get another one. They said in another week. It’s been two weeks now and I have called on three separate occasions. I called on Monday through Wednesday 9/18 through 9/20. They told me the same thing that a truck is coming in and it maybe on it. I am very disappointed at the customer service Lowe’s at Trinity Parkway in Stockton, Ca. I have been going here for years and now I feel I have been treated with most disrespect every time I call to check up on the order status. I can here the rude comments in the background but I remained patient because I just want what I just purchased in a timely manner. Hopefully this doesn’t happen to anyone else who buys major appliances here and I just want to share my experience I had with the customer service here.

I went in to the store to buy some brick stepping stones and when I got to the cashier only the self checkout was open with one cashier checking out someone else. I waited a couple minutes before checking the self checkout to see if I could check myself out. I could not because the bricks did not have a barcode. After the cashier scanned all of the items in the cart of the lady in front of me she then asked if she wanted to sign up for a credit card. Then preceded to do so. After more than 10 minutes of waiting I walked out without purchasing anything. The cashier should have tried to have another cashier to open or apologize for the wait or at the very least acknowledge that I was waiting an unreasonable amount of time. I left the store about 3:10 on Monday September 5th. I was wearing a grey shirt and was with my daughter if you care to check the cameras to validate my story. I have been to this store several times a week for a couple weeks and will not be returning. Thank you

Self checkout registers not working, horrible customer service. Products on recall still on shelf for sale. Go to Home Depot you will save a lot of frustration. We just left and went to Home Depot.

Wide selection, varied products. Plants as well. Sone associates are very knowledgeable, others not so much. Mostly helpful, but call in on phone is the absolute worst. 10 mins on hold very common, then need to start all over. If it continues, I will go elsewhere. 4 stars for in store, 1 star fir fone service

I have been waiting over a month and a half for a fence I paid over $14,000.00 for. I knew they had to special order the gates and would take a few weeks to receive but Lowe's scheduled 3 deliveries and didn't have the material so they were no shows. When they finally get the material they only delivered half of the shipment and had to go back and get the other half. I was then told it would take another month to install and I said no it wasn't going to sit in my driveway for a month. The contractor then made the appointment within a week and didn't show up. After I raised hell because no one would message me or call me I contacted the incompetent manager who basically told me to screw off. The contractor then contacted me to let me know he was running late but he should have contacted me to let me know that. I'm done with them and will never shop their again. If I could give them zero stars I would.

i want to say that the customer service is really bad, three different times i went to the store the same exact person has helped me, an african american guy named Eugene, matter of fact i sought him out for help cause he just wont leave you standing in the Aisles and hes always respectful, we need that these days, even the sweltering heat yesterday he was out there tossing bags after 25 min of cashier eric calling for help with retrieving the bags..you get a one star cause everyone else needs to learn to work like that

I stacked 20 bags of wood pellets which are forty pounds I'm almost seventy I was pushing the carts to the registers and than one of the employees says to me wow you got a heavy load and keeps on walking didn't even ask if I needed help so much for there crappy customer service back to Home Depot no more Lowes

I had a list of heavy things to buy. There were no shopping carts. I went across the street to Home Depot. There are plenty of shopping carts there. Does Lowe's expect people to carry a ton of bricks to the checkout stand? We're not building Giza!

Most times I have been here they didn't have what I needed Went to HD and they had it all with helpful people at the ready Lowes customer service was in great need of retraining, see customer now Run!
