We bought our new refrigerator and a dishwasher here. We started looking here. Then drove around to all other stores. Ended up back at Lowes for the price. They were both delivered the next day. Great service. Great prices! I will be back for a new oven soon!

Don't order a custom door from here. It's been nearly 6 months and my door has yet to arrive. They tried to send out a door that was the wrong size and incorrect swing... even though they had someone come out and measure before ordering it. Then the guy who came to install the temporary door left the interior of my home exposed so now we have to cover that with tarp because it's starting to rain. Just a horrible experience and slowest service.

I went to buy a fridge the guy at the appliance section was extremely helpful he asked me to go to customer service to finish my transaction. When I went to customer service there was 4 employee there chatting and standing behind the counter they looked at me but did not offer to help me or the person behind me. I went outside to go feed my baby since he was being fussy, I came back inside and the same thing 3 employees just looking at me, one of them finally acknowledged me. This girl was giving me an attitude for no reason. I finally walked out without saying anything.

There was an issue with me ordering on line and the date that it was to be delivered, I ordered a dryer at 4pm on Friday and said it was to deliver the next day, at 3:45 I checked and said it was not coming to Sunday which was Mother's Day. Gustavo took my call, I was super upset because I had someone wait at my house Saturday and that Sunday my children we're celebrating me. He calmed me down and discounted my purchase. I have to say he alone with his professionalism to calm me and listen to my issues and helped tremendously, it came on Mother's Day but early enough we had not left for the day. I'm huge on customer service, and I have to say Lowes did well with hiring this man.

Cabinet department has only one person. That person is on vacation for a week. Good for them I'm sure with only one person working the department it gets hard. BUT WHY DOESN'T LOWES HAVE A BACKUP EMPLOYEE? I went to two different stores at Hammer and Holman one guy typed on a computer for a few minutes before I heard him tell a coworker he didn't know what he was doing. So I left and went to the lowes on Trinity Parkway. That Lowe's employee is the one on vacation.....

If I could give a negative star I would. I purchased an appliance yesterday. Said they would deliver today. Delivery crew showed up with my appliance 2 hours early but blocked driveway and got a total attitude and refused to deliver and left with my appliance, then they said my spouse cussed at them and they didn't feel safe. Lowes just lost a 20+ year customer because their delivery crew lied and was snow flakes. Yes I returned my $2000 purchase and will go somewhere else.

Worst experience ever at this Lowe's! I bought window blinds and had them cut in store. They cut two of the six I purchased wrong (one 1 1/2 inches short and the other 3/4 too long). To make matters worse, I made 5 phone calls with that store1. Call on Monday (9/5/22) - Manager "What do you want me to do about it" ( initial response), after we got over that, they promised they would have them ready within two days.2. Call back on Wednesday - Manager (same one I spoke with before) "Sorry, they didn't come in. I will send some to another store to pick them up and have them ready by Thursday ". No follow up 3. Call store again on Thursday 9/8/22 to find out the status - Customer Service - "The person who runs that department is out to lunch, I will have them call you back as soon as they return" No call back!!!4. Call again on Saturday afternoon - Different Manager - when I explained to them what has occurred thus far, they state "No one entered anything into our system then said i don't have time for this" and hung up on me. 5. Call again on Monday (9/12/22) to ask about the status- Customer service - "No, we don't have that in stock, you'll need to go to another store"Can you see the trend? Managers don't care about their customers or the service that comes from their location. No follow up, extremely poor communication (Never entered into their system) and lack of empathy for a mistake they created.Do not shop at this Lowes, you will be severely let down. District Manager seriously needs to review the leadership at this store. Pathetic!On a positive note, the Lowes on Hammer Lane was able to take care of everything (and very pleasant and apologetic about my experience with this store) within 20 minutes.Only 1 star because it wouldn't let me post a Zero!

Went to the garden center looking for a cocktail fruit tree. Couldn't find one employee to help me. Had someone page for help in the garden center. After 10min still no one. Asked cashier at front for help but she told to ask another employee because she didn't understand what I was looking for. The other employee tells me cocktail fruit trees are only available during the summer time. I told him that's not true. And apparently he didn't want to find out from the garden center if they had any cocktail fruit trees. I left, and won't be shopping at that Lowes anymore.

Not quite a homeowner yet. But when I have specifics on what I'm looking for I know I can go into a place at such and for the most part find what I needToday my visit was specifically only to find some outdoor flowers that I can plant that will last throughout the summer and fall season. Mission was accomplishedCustomer service in the garden section was very friendly and reasonable check out pace.I enjoyed the misters they had at the door that sprays while you're standing in line lol especially during this 100° weatherLots of individuals out and about doing some home-improvement shopping or just simply price checking

We bought a window here - because it was the only place for miles that had this size. The person lives in Sacramento. as we were doing the final placement and installation, we discovered a small crack in the glass - under the sticker. So we had to remove the window, and drive ALL the way back to Stockton for a replacement. Computer Inventory showed eight in stock. Well there wasn't eight. There were THREE. One was damaged and had no screen and another one looked used and was FILTHY dirty. The third was a little battered - but should be easily cleaned up and installed. AND We had to finish THAT DAY!Lynndra was helping us at the Returns Desk. She was AWESOME. Very Friendly, helpful and understanding. We left the bad one at the desk and went to pick out the replacement. This was a very unfortunate experience - but she made it much more palatable with her excellent Customer Service.
