We bought wood and ask to have it cut since they cut wood and then waited around and no one come after we were told someone was coming to help us. After 12 minutes of standing there we left. No one ever came to help. Poor service with all these employees walking around.

I'm always finding myself in here for the small things to complete a project or repairs and improvements around the house. I use the Lowes app, so I know exactly what I need, what aisle, and the section it's in. So I hardly need help from the staff. But the staff are always friendly and welcoming every time I'm in there.

Like lowes but cant tolerate self check took help 3 times to make it work buut it wanted me to scan my drivers license that was the end i left my items and walked out apparently no military discount if you wont let them copy your license.I dont like home depot stores as well but the scanners. Work very well and you can avoid the agrivation.RON

I didn’t like the way I was treated when I purchased a washer and dryer set that was advertised on sale. First of all I was waiting for a group of employees on the floor together to show me where and which set of washer n dryer was on sale. They were arguing about who was going to help me, one young lady told a Guy then he had an excuse, then she asked another to help me and she had an excuse not to The boss who was asking someone else had end up helping me anyway. . When I refused to get a warranty, I she got an attitude and a very anguished she rang me up. Then when my washer n dryer got Delivered , the washer had green tape on the front shelf part then after the fact a friend of mine point out that it had a crack all across the front back end. I’m a non Hispanic, senior citizen, woman. I feel I was treated with prejudice Prejudice. I will never shop in Stockton especially at Lowe’s
