Save yourself the headache and buy your appliances somewhere else. No one has the right information and every single person will give you a different answer to the same question. Horrible experience and I would rather pay a little more than deal with such incompetence and lack of customer support.

Help has become hard to find when needed through out the entire store. Most employees have no knowledge of the products in their department. ( Or are just being lazy )Some are very rude youngsters who don't want to help out, rather just walk around talking amongst themselves using rather vulgar profanity .Lumber department is usually a big mess with no one around. And if you need to have a board cut by them, good luck. You'll be waiting a very very long time.

I purchased something with my Lowe's Pro card and because they change their system it didn't pop up as me purchasing it so they would not return it cancel your Lowe's Pros card and go to Home Depot this place sucks

This place is so rude I went to go see if I can get a new stove for our house this lady comes out so rude I don’t know if she a supervisor but I don’t know how can company have rude persons working there I will be calling Corporate to complain about her she needs to do her job right I ask what her name was and they give me her name Daisy she not working for free because of what we pay she hates pay learn how to treat people sour lady

I'm giving this store a five-star rating because of an employee named Tonessia ( ?so). It was 8:30 at night and I came in to look for a refrigerator and a couple other items. I didn't see a mobility scooter and asked her if they were in another part of the store. She said they were probably out in the parking lot which turned out to be true. She paged, paged, pages, on radios for an employee to go get them. No one showed up even though I saw three employees at the entrance customer service desk, they peaked around the corner and after seeing who was calling they went back to their group discussion. I wanted to leave and just make it a quick trip but she insisted that I wait. A young man did finally go get a mobility scooter. She went above and beyond for customer service. So I went back to appliances, looked around and around and no one was there, finally I gave up and left. If it had not been for her I would not have given this store a high rating. They did hire a caring customer service person. She needs to be made a lead front end manager, etc. She sticks to details until it's resolved. When I did purchase from garden I did go back to her so I can deliberately give a customer service rating from the receipt. I hope she receives recognition for her standing work. The others need to be told to not stand around in a group visiting when customers still need service

Their is a thief working in this store. I have shopped here many times before and had a nightmare of an experience on Thursday 8/10/23. My husbands phones were stolen off our shopping cart. Cart was within eyesight the whole time and someone was able to swipe them. No one turned them in, until we tracked it using find my iPhone. Use our experience as a lesson to NEVER leave your belongings away from you, (even in a full shopping cart). We will not be shopping here since Lowes protects thieves and keeps them employed.

Okay so a couple of weeks ago I went to the Home Depot of March Lane. The store was a disaster but it was full of people there were people getting lessons and having a good time and seem to be like getting their stuff but I went to look at Lumber and it was a disaster you couldn't make heads or tails of what was there nothing was priced or Mark very disappointing for Home Depot anyway as I got tired of being there and the mess I decided I would go to the local Lowe's it's over by my office on Trinity Lane , well the store is not crowded even on the weekend which is weird to me it's a Showplace everything is perfectly marketed the lumber Stacks are pristine the pricing is on every item the store is a show piece it is well-marketed easy to find what you want all the displays are clean all the inventories put where it belongs it's almost like no one goes there and it's perfect why does no one go there I need to know I mean the prices are better than the Home Depot their marketing is better than the Home Depot the lumber was way better than the Home Depot in Stockton and the prices were better also the staff seemed more engaged and friendlier why would someone go to a store that was such a disaster that it looked like to Kmart from the 60s on a blue lights sale there were stuff laying everywhere what a disaster Home Depot was compared to what this Lowe's is out by my work I'll be back to the Lowe's the Home Depot I'm not so sure I'm giving this place 5 out of five stars the staff was excellent to me there I used to prefer Home Depot to Lowe's but that seems to have been a slide the other thing that was nice is I could check out with a real human being because if I'm going to check myself out I want a bigger discount and a 1099 at the end of the year!

W/o OSH, Lowe's is my go-to hardware store. I do prefer this and/or the Lodi Lowe's locations. To me, it's better than the depo store..?

20 minutes in light bulbs and 3 calls later finally an associate shows up only to say they don’t know anything about light bulbs that we should just take a guess and we can return the bulb if it doesn’t fit. Then went to stand in line to pay and when it’s my turn “kalani” walks up and closes off the registers and says their closed to go pay at the other end of the store. Absolutely no Customer service skills at this store.

I purchased a dishwasher on sunday 3/12/23 and I was told and confirmed that the dishwasher was in stock at the store, I paid for delivery and installation and I was told that someone would call me Monday or Tuesday to arrange the delivery and installation, ( it took about 1 1/2 hours to set up scheduling my delivery and installation at the store) by Wednesday after not hearing anything I called lowes and spoke to Gustavo who informed me the reason why no one called me was because the washer had just gotten to their store on Tuesday...was I lied to or was that just a mistake on their part?... anyways Gustavo discounted me the installation fee for the inconvenience which was great except that would work if I ever actually got the dishwasher, so anyways he told me that for sure someone would call me on Thursday, so I waited...and waited.. and waited..and then I decided to go to the store to cancel my order since a week had past and I never got a call to advise what the problem was, once there the lady who canceled my order told me that according to the purchase notes I was supposed to pick up the washer and that's why it wasn't delivered, so if I had paid for the dishwasher to be delivered and Installed, why was thee a note on the purchased order that I was supposed to pick it up ???? I don't work for Lowes and I didn't pay my self to install it either so ,I'm not sure what's wrong with this lowes but I have to blame the upper management who appears to be clueless about the problems their appliance department has, look at the yelp reviews, not this store review, go to yelps reviews and see how many unhappy costumers have had the same problems with deliveries and installation from thus store, I can NOT TRUST this store for any appliances purchase and you, the consumer should NOT TRUST LOWES on trinity parkway, they don't know how to provide trustworthy service.
