Terrible customer service from middle aged female associate on 2/26/24 @ 3:13pm. My friend went in to use their brannock device so I could help him find shoes and the lady working in the shoe department was hovering over him the entire time and eventually took the brannock away and said "This isn't going to work out" when she realized we weren't going to purchase shoes in that department. The store was literally empty of patrons and the experience left a bad taste in our mouth. Utter rudeness for no discernable reason. We'll be sure to go to Dillard's with better customer service next time

Do not take part in their so-called raffle to win baskets full of product as it is rigged and they pick certain tickets for certain customers to win! I experienced watching them cheat at one event where the gal who pulled the ticket out already had the ticket in her hand. I confronted them about this afterward and they ended up offering me a gift card so I would not go to corporate with the information. Cheaters and liars. People pay a lot of money for the raffle tickets. They will only make winners out of their favorite customers. What a SCAM!!!

I came in trying to make a return and was having trouble i had spoke with a employee about what we can do, she didn't really give many options. I came across Marissa she's the best! She was really helpful and helped me out. Hands down the best ever really helped me out. Thank you Marissa!

Went in to look for a fragrance that I was interested in smelling, but was bombarded by fragrances that suited older men. I went in twice, the first time I was greeted by nice lady who helped me pick out 2 fragrances that I was interested in. I left to make a decision and when I returned I was greeted by a gentleman who was constantly pushing Kenneth Kole fragrances and was ignoring my requests. The fragrances that he was recommending me suited men in their 50's, I'm 19. I went in wanting to smell the channel bleu and the Sauvage elixer and left with nothing. After that they called my JOB wondering why I left and if I was coming back, I had explained before I left that I was leaving because I was on lunch break and had run out of time. I ended blind buying the Channel Bleu from Macys the next day online.

I have shopped at Macy's for years. Recently they have started putting petites on racks with other sizes. They are not identified which makes petites very difficult to find. In addition the store has become very messy. I find it very difficult to find anything. This review does not include the cosmetic area which is well stocked and staff is helpful and very knowledgeable.

The buyer needs to update their styles. Have more items available like other Macy's store. The shoe department feels like your shopping in Payless shoe source. The setup makes everything look cheap.
