Macy's has always been a quality store top of the line products .People were courteous the best perfume.

The employees that sale perfumes on Mondays have horrible customer service especially the girl who seems to be in her early 20s. Very disrespectful, gave me an attitude and she’s making it difficult for no reason. The younger employees have ruined this place. Will not be returning here.

Smaller than other Macy's in California, very nice for female shoppers, but if you go upstairs to the men section, it's a mess only 2 benches to try on shoes and ther full of boxes I counted 22 benches in the woman's shoes section and it's kept nice and clean even though it's busy unlike the men's section

Macy's in Stockton CA is not a pleasant place to shop. Ap undercover security came by my 11 year old daughter and I almost 20 times while we were shopping. SMH....

Be careful in the parking lot on the west side of the store, two huge potholes in the pavement. Reported to Macy's corporate, but no action yet.
