Well since the staff at mariners cove never answer the phone, i'll leave a review here about how I applied for an apartment and got denied and they haven't contacted me about the $200 deposit/holding fee that is supposed to be returned to me. Its been over days and I left several voice messages. Super professional of them.

Been here since October 2017 no issues at all. Very quiet place. Laurie made the moving process very simple for me. My one maintenance call was handled quickly.

Excellent place to live. I love the attached garages and washer and dryers in my unit. Quiet place to live.
