“The falalfel was so flavorful - you bite into it, and you get a burst of flavors in your mouth! I liked that it was not over fried. The chicken shawarma was tender and the garlic sauce with the shawarma was out of this world. The sauce was light but full of flavor as well. They have different styles of canned fava beans (i.e. Palestinian, Saudi Arabian), which I'm so excited to try. Beautiful selection of baklava - which is also on my to-do list to eat at my next visit. The owner was super nice and friendly. Thank you for coming to Stockton! You add another beautiful and diverse aspect to this city.”

“Somehow my review was removed. Like I said, El Dorado market has been my favorite for over 20 years. Food made fresh daily. My all-time favorite is chili Colorado, tamales, pastries, and town favorite tortillas made right there. Once home you fire your placa and they puff up and are the best! Like homemade!”

“Great tacos (chicken, asada, Al pastor) & tamales! Beans & rice are very good as well. Also on cold days loved the chicken caldo, reys caldo & posole! Enjoyed the mixed plates as well as the family meal. We ordered the family meal several times as well for sporting events, birthday, celebrations etc. Friendly people, great service! Only 1 minor thing,... they charge you for the cilantro & onions when ordering the family meal! What?? Really?? Otherwise would have given 5+ stars.”

“Went with a co-worker since I wanted to see another grocery store, other than SF Supermarket, and wanted some goodies that I didn't see. Disabled parking spaces are few, but my co-worker found one near the entrance. The store has a variety of Chinese, Thai, Filipino, and Korean products. They have a small deli section near the front of the store. Everything looks clean, surprisingly. Found quite a few things, including silken Tofu, Filipino style. Prices weren't any higher than other stores. I hope to return soon.”

“I drove 2 hrs round trip to the nearest Honey Baked location to pick up my Christmas ham because no one can replicated that incredible crunchy, sugary glaze. It had been several years since I'd had one and I was very excited...until I opened the package to serve my family on Christmas day and found no glaze on the ham at all. The ham was very good, however, I can get good ham much closer to home. The glaze is what makes Honey Baked special. Won't make the drive again.”

“I picked up some meat, bread (concha's) and some dessert. The meat was fairly good, a little salty but not too much that it throws everything off. The bread was good too, better than most other places near by. The chocoflan I'm assuming was also delicious, since hubby ate the whole slice and didn't care to share. We did note that it is also cleaner than most meat markets around here in Stockton. The price on the meat is a little bit more expensive than other places but the quality and cleanliness is worth it. The ladies are super helpful and happy to help.”

“Came here from south sac just for their bread ???? so delicious personally love the camote empanadas ? but to be honest all their bread is so good! They also have cake, gelatinas and hot food, everything in one place pretty much. Definitely recommend coming here and try their sweet bread. They also have tamales de elote(corn) .”

I go here like 4x a week and have nothing to complaon about. Everyone is nice, no rodent issues and no one is getting sick from the food I cook from this place. Karens be gone.”
“Alhumdullillah. Love the staff here, very kind gentlemen, especially Naseer Bhy. Food is very good, you can get steaks of all cuts, best of all, fresh not frozen! The hot food here is always on point, I keep coming back for more when I shouldn't lol. I should have taken some photos of what I had; naan kabob and cheese burger. Go check these guys out, you won't be disappointed.”
