“Great meat selection. Featuring super premium USDA prime Harris Ranch beef. Fall apart tender kind of meat that is highly marlbed. Their carnitas and chicharrónes are very good as well. The meat counter staff were very friendly and seemed pretty enthusiastic and proud of all their product, whether it be the raw beef or the prepared deli food. And after trying both, I'd say they have a good reason to be. Everything was delicious.”

“I’ve been buying meat from this butcher shop for a few months now and honestly the quality has stayed really solid every time. The steaks are fresh, nicely cut, and the chicken always tastes way better than the grocery store stuff. The guy behind the counter was friendly too and gave me a couple cooking tips for pork chops that actually worked out pretty good lol. Prices arent the cheapest around but you can tell the quality is there. Place was clean and service was quick even when it got a little busy. Def one of the better local butcher shops I’ve been to lately.”

“We buy honey baked hams at least 3 to 4 times a year. They have the best hams, there is no other place that does it like them. They also sell sides and full meals. Any ham we don't polish off never goes to waste, we freeze it for another day. Great place to buy from!”

“I picked up some steaks and a few other cuts of meat here and was pretty happy with everything. The selection was good, and the meat looked fresh and well prepared. The person helping me was friendly and answered a couple questions without making me feel rushed. Prices seemed fair for the quality, especially compared to some grocery stores around here. I also liked that they had a few options I dont usually see at regular supermarkets. Everything was packed nicely and got home without any mess. Overall, a solid local butcher shop and I’ll probably come back when I need meat for a weekend cookout.”
“Problem with the internet is most come on reviews to complain. But it discounts all the other people who go there on the daily and nothing bad happens. I go here like 4x a week and have nothing to complaon about. Everyone is nice, no rodent issues and no one is getting sick from the food I cook from this place. Karens be gone.”
