“Super easy scheduling and a smooth visit at Quest Diagnostics on Hammer Lane! I used both their website and mobile app, and everything worked flawlessly for purchasing and registering tests, making an appointment, and signing up for text updates.
On appointment day, I checked in via the mobile app. (If you don't use the mobile app, there's a check-in kiosk in the waiting room). I was called in within minutes, and the blood draw was quick and painless. The technician was skilled and courteous. The office is clean, organized, and easy to find with plenty of parking. There were 6 technicians on duty that particular Tuesday morning, and everything was moving along at a steady pace. I was in and out in about 15 minutes.
I recommend making an appointment, or else it might be difficult getting squeezed in as a walk-in. As for test results, my full report was ready online in about a week. Overall, I had a great experience and actually look forward to returning for my lab work next year!”

“The place is very clean, and the temperature is always kept at a comfortable ambient level. The only thing I disagree with is that when we have questions or need assistance during registration there is no one at the front desk. But very grateful for your work Thanks.”
“This building is a bit dated and dark but what it lacks in charm was made up for by the awesome person working here (I think her name is Katie?). I was greeted warmly and the blood draw was done quickly and with little pain. I had an issue where my Dr hadn’t sent the lab orders to the right place and Katie helped me work through that to get it fixed. She even gave me a follow up call later that afternoon to confirm she had received the new orders my Dr sent over. I really appreciated her professionalism and willingness to help me navigate the mixup so I didn’t need to come back for a second blood draw.”
