“I really liked this location. Of course it's small, it's just for testing. The nurse who drew my blood was nice, the needle was painless. The transition to having to make appointments online was very rough and hard for some older people who weren't technologically inclined. I learned their busy days are Mondays, so I never schedule on those days. If it's too full to comply with Covid mandates, then wait outside.”

Other labs and similar establishments have clunky automated phone systems that don't offer useful information or flexible scheduling.WellnessMart on the other hand had an actual human being answer the phone, answer my question, and schedule me for an appointment on the same day as quick as possible. The people at the establishment were exceptionally nice, made great conversation, and made the process super easy. The cost was competitive as well.
