“Honestly, getting blood work done is usually a chore, but this location is a bit of a hidden gem. It’s located in the medical complex right behind the Red Lobster, which makes parking way less stressful than going to a massive hospital clinic.
Major pro-tip here: Absolutely make an appointment online beforehand. If you just walk in, you might end up waiting a while, but with an appointment, they usually get you back right on time. The staff here are incredibly skilled, but what I appreciated most was their teamwork. When they encounter difficulties or tricky veins, they don't hesitate to help each other out to make sure the patient is comfortable and the job gets done right. They close a bit early in the afternoon (3:00 PM), so just keep that in mind when booking. Definitely my go-to spot in Stockton for labs now.”
“This building is a bit dated and dark but what it lacks in charm was made up for by the awesome person working here (I think her name is Katie?). I was greeted warmly and the blood draw was done quickly and with little pain. I had an issue where my Dr hadn’t sent the lab orders to the right place and Katie helped me work through that to get it fixed. She even gave me a follow up call later that afternoon to confirm she had received the new orders my Dr sent over. I really appreciated her professionalism and willingness to help me navigate the mixup so I didn’t need to come back for a second blood draw.”
