5 stars for Zo. Very helpful and nice. Highly recommend him.0 stars for Benny. Rude to his coworkers and customers. Not willing to help. Very dismissing.Thankfully Zo was there to save the day. Maybe he can begin retraining his coworkers on their customer service. Starting with Benny.

I had an appointment to pick up my suit rental here. The manager who had the key was a no-call, no-show, causing store associates and customers to wait for someone to show up. Ended up missing my flight because of this. Will not get a suit from here again.

Went in and was greeted after a couple minutes of looking around, and he was extremely helpful and professional in getting me exactly what I needed. The service here was excellent!

I just left this location. I came in because I was invited last minute to a white party. So being that I'm big and tall Men's Wearhouse used to be a great place for me to shop, I decided to stop in to look for some white linen pants and a white dress shirt, and possibly expand my wardrobe a little bit with anything else that caught my attention. But after walking around the store for 5 to 7 minutes and not even being greeted by an associate presumably because on my days off I wear flip-flops cargo shorts and a t-shirt) they've proven that they do not want nor have they earned my business. I would understand not being contacted if they were extremely busy, but I actually had one associate who walked past me multiple times without a customer and never said hi. So I'll go ahead and take my business somewhere that I'm not completely ignored.

It was an awful experience as soon as I walked in. An older, asian gentleman was extremely rude and seemed angry I even walked in. He berated me about being there and why I was there even after I explained to him I had an appointment scheduled. He did this in front of other customers he was helping at the register. The lady who helped me was extremely helpful and nice. However, they had issues with entering their information online and said I needed to call on Monday to confirm. Good thing I double checked the automated email with my wedding selections because the suit I ordered was unavailable. And good thing I called today because no one bothered to call to tell me they can’t guarantee the selections for my wedding and didn’t bother notifying me this week about how they discontinued the suits I ordered. I’m having to find a new rental place and start over again elsewhere. When I asked what my options were, the guy who answered said, “well you can come in again this week and make new selection just not those colors or you can go somewhere else”. How helpful and reassuring … when I have to follow the colors picked out for my wedding.Avoid this place and/or location. They obviously don’t care.

They have zero customer service. Won't ever be back. Spend your money elsewhere. Don't make the same mistake I did. Rules seemed to change depending on who you are. All my custom suits don't fit correctly at all. Better off to buy the cheap $80 dollar suit. Promise you'll be happier. Lol

Absolutely horrible service! I walked in with my son yesterday to get a soup for a funeral we had. He's 6 foot three and Mary thin and Di did not have what we needed. As I recall, Men's Wearhouse used to have quite a few selections and suits. We walked in and we're not graded. I had to ask for help. When I did this young woman with her mask half on and half off said that she would help us. She first let us to the skinny suits which were not really my son's taste. He tried them on nonetheless. She thought it looked OK but it was obviously bagging on him. I asked her for a different size and she side and we went to the, a more direct cut. I looked around and there were three other gentlemen, two were on their phones and one was helping somebody else. We stuck with this lady. She then located a different suit and it fit OK. It needed a lot of alterations and with the funeral being on Monday was not going to be possible. She went ahead and and marked it at his calves length to take it out. I knew then that would be a problem because he needed to have the cuff at his shoe not it is calve. Unbelievable! I paid for the suit and my mother alternate.

I would like to shout out a young man who assisted me a couple of weeks ago with a new suit. His name is Nathan. He was professional, assisted me through the whole process, and was very cordial throughout. Unfortunately, his location in Stockton did not have the size I needed, but he effectively jumped on the phone and found a location that had the size and brand I needed for the wedding. It is rare to find customer service reps who go above and beyond with a positive attitude. Nathan did this without question. Keep up the good work Men's Wearhouse of Stockton!

He said - I don’t care what kind of event you having- In front of the Quinceañera to be, and his 12 yr old brother. Her face turned red of embarrassment, I could not believe he said that. Horrible service wanted to push the $250 Tux rental when John had given me a different price, he simply did not care one bit. Felt discriminated by him (older Asian men) , the African American girl had the worst attitude, no name tags, never coming back again, supporting our local Latino-women business from now on.

My husband purchased a suit from Men's Wearhouse with the promise of lifetime free pressing service but when he took it in to be pressed for the first time he was told the service has been discontinued. That's pretty much like canceling a warranty. Very disappointed,!

I was not greeted or offered assistance. I looked carefully at the merchandise and noticed a substantialdrop in quality. The selection of suits are limited to solid colors, mostly black and brown. The dress shirts are few, and really poor quality. Hardly any casual clothes. Store is disorganized, staff looks stressed and disheveled. On my way out, a clerk approached me and asked ( not, may i help you?), he said: "are you leaving?". What?? I said, yes, I've been here 30 minutes and was no one offered to help me. Instead of saying something nice, he replied, defensively, " well I was in the back". I actually wanted to give him some tips on how to speak to people but that's not my place. These clerks clearly have not been trained in the art of greeting customers, and when an older person, such as myself, come in, it's common to be ignored, I've discovered. .. I told him, yes, I know, I saw you dart past me heading for the back room. I did offer one tidbit: that next time someone walks through your showroom door, even if you're busy, greet them with a smile, make eye contact and assure the customer that they will receive help. This is common practice. People that work in this store could really benefit from training on the basic concepts of retail manners, like, courtesy, and how to relate to the public. I hope the managers will help the staff to do better.
