Man The girl that works here she helped me out so much I hope she sticks around for a long time I had a problem with my phone she fixed the problem we got a new phone coming I got a new tablet from her I love this location close to downtown they take care of me and everybody else that comes in

Alejandra was awesome! She was super friendly and professional and even managed to help another customer while we were waiting for our new phones to be activated without missing a beat! She is a total girl-boss, according to my kid, and was a perfect example of amazing customer service in my book. Highly recommend.

I went to switch phone services yesterday 45 min before they close and the blond lady said she wouldn't help me because I had to come in a hour before closing really think she was really too lazy to help me. I don't recommend this store to anyone they were rude and not good costomer service

There usually just one person in the store working. And that one location gets really busy. The worker looks stressed but keeps his composer and tries to keep a smile on his face and help everyone.Great Guy .

I don't recommend working here and if you do make sure you have knowledge about everything by the 1st month they want you to be perfect by the end of the 1st month, training is not done well and you will be getting yelled at by some associates.
I do not recommend working here, they have to know a lot for the first month, they want them to be perfect, training is not good and they yell a lot at a new worker.
