Update today is Thursday July 8th 2021 I had purchased a new Motorola phone on Saturday July 3rd 2021 and I have had nothing but issues on my phone and it needed to finish getting set up. I have gone to store and requested help and I was told it was fixed but i still continuously have issues with my phone and I cannot even use it at all. It continuously freezes up and turns itself off and the screen turned black on its own to where I can't even do anything with my phone and it's just a pain in the butt I greatly regret buying the phone from T-Mobile I should have stuck with my old phone and just filed a claim on it and I would not have had to deal with the headache of going back and forth multiple times trying to get it fixed now today I keep calling the store to try to find out information if I can return it and nobody is answering the phone I have been calling multiple times and still no answer so I will have to change my rating from a 5-star rating to a 2 rating thank you
