The employees here are very rude and dismissive. I find myself waiting a long time to ask questions about my account or make a payment because the staff is trying to make sales to customers who are not interested and unless you’re buying something THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU! I’ve had plenty of encounters since they changed staff members, the girls who worked there prior were so polite and helpful. Lastly, the store smells very bad and is not welcoming at all!!! Something needs to change

This is a review supporting tmobiles billing. I was warned not to get service with them and should have listened. #1 the outsource there call center in out of country. I'm paying united states prices for service yet there call center is over there so they pocket more money. There billi g has cost me so much money now I owe $100 and it's all fees. I had a late bill called to pay it. A call center rep answered my call with broken English I could barely understand him instead of him taking my payment he put me on a payment plan that cost more money. Tmobile now has compounded fees that could have been resolved when I called. I warn you don't get caught up with them. There billing is designed to get you owing them and only benefits them. Your lucky if there call center has someone you can understand or quits talking long enough for you to explain what's wrong. Don't do it.

All the girls here are so knowledgeable and very friendly! When I go to pay my bill I end up leaving with something unexpected and it’s ALWAYS a great deal! They sure know how to take care of their customers needs and answer all of my questions or concerns.
