Rude and lazy!!! They don’t answer the phone calls!! Or they hang up!! Bad customer service!! If you don’t want to work then give someone else the job.!

I went to the Lathrop store on Cambridge dr. to get my mothers phone working because the customer service on the phone was absolutely USELESS!!! And Ruben helped me very quickly! Thank you Ruben so much for your help you have redeemed metro pcs for me!! Ruben deserves a raise he is super nice and
helpful in fact he’s the best customer service agent I’ve ever had help me! And I’ve been a customer of metro for over 15 years!! So he’s awesome!!!

Insufficient parking, they have double the traffic their parking lot can handle‼️
In the time I spent waiting, 5 others tried to block me in‼️?‼️
To the Owner... I was an innocent bystander of the store next to you. Your customers are quite rude, and as they pile in 3 & 4 cars at a time (blocking cars in taken spaces), when only one or two leave, you must have such slow service.
You might educate them on other ways to make their payments, instead of taking up your time with taking the payments on their accounts (if they have bank accounts to use) cash only business is very suspicious of your customers ?

Patient employee! My daughter had an older model phone and it was taking longer to activate. He patiently waited for it to turn on. He was also kind, friendly and had a positive attitude. 5 ?'s

My experience at this metro/t-mobile facility is in my opinion the best in it's region. This is my go to location when I need a new phone or phone accessories. This store has great friendly staff and Johana is usually who I request to be helped by. She is very attentive, knowledgeable and kind. Do not hesitate to shop here.
