My story is long and unnecessary but let me just say this: after going to different Metro stores, T- Mobile and Best Buy to get my new phone hooked up, I was pretty much ready to throw in the towel on my new phone... Nobody could help. I was getting the run around. Until I decided to try a different Metro and got the help of a genius young lady named Rena. She knew exactly what she was doing and how to do it. She really needs to train the other Metro employees that seemed so clueless. If I could have tipped her, I would have. I hope someone if importance sees this and recognizes her awesomeness. I'm forever grateful.

I wish I would rate this place zero stars. These people are literally trained to not no s**** I've been in customer service for 10 years there is no excuse. I went here a year ago and this man named Jim was helping me but all of a sudden I kept smelling a awful horrid scent . I brushed it off because i thought i was really imagining the smell but then he sighed and the smell just hit me . I'm thinking this man hasn't brushed his teeth in at least two months because it smelled like cavities and tooth decay. And what's worse is that we both had a mask on . And I was standing not that close to him. I just smelled cavity and trash. This is not human decency. When you work in customer service you are suppose to smell pleasant . And I don't think I could return here due to the cavity and decaying smell. He was friendly but the breathe wasn't.

The staff on the inside of the office is great it's always the stupid d*** bitches on the outside who do not know how to talk to customers politely. All I wanted to do was pay my sons phone bill just like the other Hispanics were doing but yet I was told I have to go outside which I don't feel secure because their machines are always broken and I don't want my information out in the world like that. Any other metro store throughout Stockton will let you go inside to pay your phone bill. It's always The d*** broad's that are standing outside next to the security guard who always something funky to say. I wouldn't recommend the store to anyone I cannot stand those d*** bitches they need to go f*** themselves. F*** the store

I broke my phone,forgot my security code,called 611 THEY WERE NO HELP AT ALL!!!I went to the main metro store& Jocelyn the girl who helped me was AMAZING!!! We had her running back&forth, & the hole time she stayed professional, accommodating& super sweet! Shes the bomb! Thanks girl!!!

Rep jayliyah didn't communicate that all sales were final. While trying to install the glass case she cracks it and doesn't say anything. The other sales rep notices the crack and they start whispering to each other. I finally ask if they cracked the screen. They said yes but it's the last one. I let them know we don't want a cracked screen and to just return it. She says she can't return it because accessories are all final. I let her know it would be nice to know that before the purchase. Sh said she has to call Jose to get authorization to return it but he is not returning. My fiancé then asks to return the whole purchase including the phone. And jayliyah says that the sale is final. So now we are waiting for Jose to call back the store. So we can cancel our purchase.
