Dwayne "Store Manager" reminded me why I left telecommunications sales. People like you will do anything to make an extra buck. You left a distasteful taste in my mouth. Your lack of transparency and clear communication is disgusting. No sense of integrity or ownership, all for a commission check or bonus. DO BETTER DWAYNE. I came to this store to help my aunt out by paying for her upgrade. I passed up 10+ Metro location's to come to this location which was 25min away from my house because I ONCE had a great experience here YEARS AGO. I would like to warn customers to ask for their receipt and ask questions. I was at fault for trusting the "manager" to take care of us which ultimately ended up being my mistake.

Very bad service, I wanted to buy a phone, as a gift, that line they attended to me, but they told me to wait, it lasted approximately 45 minutes watching how people were coming and they were attended to so quickly, and I was sitting, 10 more minutes passed, and as I saw that they ignored me ?♀️, I asked if they could serve me and a very rude girl who never looked at my face because I was watching a tiktok tells me to wait my turn, and I've already been waiting for an hour, I decided to leave, seeing so bad service, I have been with this company for more than 10 years and the truth is I was disappointed

RUDE RUDE RUDE RUDE RUDE! If I could give zero stars I would!! Don’t waste your time going to this location! Employee was very rude and would rather be twiddle thumbs on his phone. Not knowledgeable whatsoever! Went in today to get my Nephew a new phone for Christmas and guy tried to argue with me about the phone and after everything stated “we don’t have that phone anyway.” Bro, say that first when I mentioned the phone I wanted. Told the guy he was rude AF and he said “That’s ok!” His coworkers just stood there and said nothing. Save yourself a headache and possibly additional charges because like I said would rather be on their personal phone than have any customer service. Was obvious is there for the easy “I don’t have to work and be on my phone” money!

Metro is a decent option to some of the more expensive options. I use my Metro phone mostly for business purposes.

This location does not have knowledgeable staff save your breath energy, and see Tom and the team on Pacific Ave across from Jack n the box. This location does respect or help elderly or the disabled because staff discriminate the elderly and disabled. Do not let your elderly parent or disabled parent or elder go here alone. Your elderly will leave crying from frustration and loss of dignity trying to get help in understanding their needs. No this location sucks. Owner if u are reading this. Go under cover and watch how your employees handle customer care. Don't even let your staff know you're coming in. Just watch and listen, and you will see. Rootnout the bad batch. Your revenue will soar.

Today a very helpful assoicate, Olivia B, in the Stockton Metro store was absolutely invaluable in helping me transfer and access all kinds of information on my new phone. She is the assistant manager and has been working in the phone industry for 4 years. Metro is so fortunate to have a highly experienced very capable knowledge and people friendly person as her. Kudos to Metro!
