Very happy to come in to this store, CJ took a payment for my mom and I was extremely happy to see someone take good care of my mom , I normally come with my mom because I want to avoid anyone mistreating her but he made me feel so happy because of the way he treated her and went above and beyond to answer any questions that she had, even though he was new in training he sure had good knowledge in his company. Thank you for being one of the kindest people , its hard to come across nice people now adays.

Miguel is the guy I dealt with and he was awesome! Very polite and professional. I was previously discriminated against at another metro on March lane. I asked about an internet box. He asked for my address and said not only do I qualify for unlimited but there is a deal on the box. There was a line of people and he took care of everyone by himself very patiently and professionally. I highly recommend this metro and Miguel gets my highest regards.

Its always a pleasure to come here by far my favorite location in the area i always drive from Lathrup just for my phone needs just to come here hector is the manager here and he always makes my family and I feel very welcome Samantha is also very friendly I was actually referred to this location by a friend a couple years back but the service has definitely changed for the better and will always be my go to location

I love this store. I have been coming here for a while and they have the best employees. I can always count on Hector to help me with any problem I have. He really is a great manager and has the best employees. Leslie and Teresa are very helpful as well. They are all always so happy, always have a smile and great energy. Really recommend this store for any Metro concerns.

Once in awhile, you find someone that goes out of the way to accommodate you, even though it means more work for them, and when that happens, karma dictates that you recognize this and give respect where its due. I have to thank Jim feom metro pcs for being helpful, knowledgeable and going above and beyond the expectations I had as a consumer. I would recommend this business to anyone. Wasting time is not an option.
