I have given this store multiple chances to show they can perform in the simplest of customers service task. Each time they've failed. It seems the only thing they're efficient at is saying hello. And even that they get a B.They sell phones right? You would image they know a little something about how they function. Nope. I was told not to expect them to either, unless it's a "Metro PCS Phone." What brand is that? I have never heard of and didn't know Metro PCS manufactured equipment.I've been a customer for 15 year's without going to another carrier. I was with them when you could only use Metro in certain cities. Being treated like I'm been treated at 905 North March Lane in Stockton California makes me think about taking my business somewhere else, DWAYNE! The store manager whose done all you are willing to do, EXCEPT read the Google instructions on how to increase the assistant volume and made me pay another $26 for new phone that does the same thing you said was broken because you didn't know what the hell you were doing store manager. I'm the 67 year old lady with little to no technical skills depending on the young whipper snapper phone tech manager to help me. You failed and didn't care. And then put me in the hands of an incompetent with a smart disrespectful mouth. Shame on you. She erased half my photos and downloaded everything to the memory card and now I can't take any pictures at all.

This is a review supporting tmobiles billing. I was warned not to get service with them and should have listened. #1 the outsource there call center in out of country. I'm paying united states prices for service yet there call center is over there so they pocket more money. There billi g has cost me so much money now I owe $100 and it's all fees. I had a late bill called to pay it. A call center rep answered my call with broken English I could barely understand him instead of him taking my payment he put me on a payment plan that cost more money. Tmobile now has compounded fees that could have been resolved when I called. I warn you don't get caught up with them. There billing is designed to get you owing them and only benefits them. Your lucky if there call center has someone you can understand or quits talking long enough for you to explain what's wrong. Don't do it.

Update of my previous review. I bought a new phone case and tempered glass screen from this location on April 8th. The screen was under warranty. Well in September I cracked the screen, and was told at the store that they no longer carried it. Well I was much much unhappy. So I left a review to that effect. Well Leslie reached out to me from MetroPCS and without going into too much detail. Leslie refused to let me remain unsatisfied. Even when I had decided to say screw it. Leslie persisted, by going above and beyond what I expected. I also work in customer service. That's the type of service that I give. It's nice to be on the receiving end for a change. Thank you Leslie again and again.
