I've used their custom framing a few times. I've ordered in store and online and you can save some money by ordering online but it doesn't offer glass. I also had issues with the online frame's quality. Gaps in the corners that were tried to be filled with wood putty, resulted in a very sloppy finish. The in store order had a good finish but without a coupon it was crazy expensive.

There's a reason they only have three stars I didn't even look at the other complaints but let me tell you my situation. So I ordered a $2000 item that showed up UPS they needed a signature I'm at work so it ends up going to Michael's Craft Store. This is where the problem begins. My notice says that it showed up, so I drive down to Michael's craft store, I'm pretty excited because I know I'm getting a one of kind snare drum. They tell me it's not there I said, can you double check they said they double check I pull up my notice. I even got the name of the signature of the person that received it. They said nobody works there with that name (I thought to myself "that's the last name you big idiot".) so the so-called manager comes out and tells me there's nothing we could do about it it's not here. I said you do realize somebody signed for it and she tells me which is a lie she says yeah UPS does that every once in a while, it's not dropped off I go that makes no sense. Well there's nothing we could. Do you have to talk to the manager tomorrow so I called today and it was the regular store number after she told me it was her personal number then they proceeded to tell me she's not working today that really infuriated me so I said I better hear from somebody at your store within an hour so I gave them an hour. They called back and they said that it never showed up that I need to get a hold of, the UPS store about an hour later she calls me back again and tells me that the package just showed up total lie. I know what happened. I figured it all out. They had the wrong name on the box the whole time when UPS drop off a package they put in big letters the last name, and there was another last name on the box and they probably put my name after the fact poor service I don't know what their craft store is like. I don't do crafts but I tell you what UPS AUTO revoke the privilege of having packages there.

I had a Bad experience with their UPS pickup at this location. A Michael employee would not tell us who picked up our own package. I don't recommend selecting this location for a UPS pickup package.

Always fun place to visit for Craft items. Customer service is hit and miss but not rude. That's ok because my family normally know what they want at the store.

Awful place never go shopping at this horrible place. They do not allow parents with strollers to shop there. I was harassed and ridiculed and accused of stealing because I had my baby in his stroller. The employee treated me with disrespect and embarrassment if I could give zero stars I Would! How dare you do that to parents.

Great store found what I needed and plenty more. Lots of great sale for any projects you have, very helpful. Will definitely be coming back.

Being the store manager at michaels must not pay well because the managers demeanor expresses that Well. If your young and black definitely don't come to this store I paid for my items using Apple Pay and simply asked for 20$ in change in exchange for 20$ and was immediately told no yet an older white couple befor me was given 30$ in change from the register strange how they run out of money when it comes to me. Go to JOANNS they love black people over there

Michael's generally are nice stores to shop at. However, today I had a $5.00 coupon and I specifically asked the cashier if it was applied to sale items and she said yes. Well after not seeing the discount on the register, I asked her could she check the total. She said she applied it. It only took off 22 cents. So I asked her to try again. Same price. Finally she asked another person who said that the coupon was only for full price items. Very frustrating! She suggested that I contact their headquarters. So much for a $5.00 coupon.
