Worst customer service. I was helped by a lady named Carrie who was extremely rude and unprofessional. I thought being a extremely small local bank the customer service would at least be okay but was awful and I will never support Mokelumne Federal again. Please take your money elsewhere! They will treat you horribly.

I had the worst experience with a teller/ loan officer named Carrie. I have never been talked to and treated so badly in my life. The level of unprofessionalism she showed was absolutely horrific. This is coming from someone who use to really love and support this small local bank but after what happened today I will never support Mokelumne Federal again.

Every couple of months something happens to where you aren’t able to access your money or they cancel your debit card without notifying you. This weekend 10/3 - 10/4 I haven’t been able to access my money because my debit card gets declined both in stores and ATMs. No notification as to why or if when it will be resolved besides a Facebook post that I just happened to see cause I wanted to leave this review. I have had an account for over 20 years here and these types of issues seem to be happening more frequently. I have seriously started looking into doing my banking elsewhere.
