Mr. Otto's Bookstore is a must visit for any locals or those passing through. It is a wonderful business, not to be missed if you have kids, and is great fun for the entire family. The store is mainly geared towards children, with tons of kids books from infant to teens, and his love of children's literature is so apparent. However, this place also has many other book options for adults, college students—you name it. Great books are available for anyone and everyone. Mr. Otto is a very kind man and a very engaging proprietor. He makes the kids feel welcome and free to be kids while they are here. The kids love him, and he is a joy to be around. He tells a great story, and story time is a lot of fun for kids and adults. He is genuinely happy to be there with you. He is knowledgeable and provides personable, true customer service. If a book isn't in store, Mr. Otto will hunt it down from his storage for you and make it happen. The store also has other goodies like kids toys, stuffies, and more available to purchase. Lots of free books are given away. An added bonus is meeting his extra precious pup. Customers never leave empty handed and highly recommend Mr. Otto's Bookstore, a necessary stop for shopping.

This is a wonderful business. Not to be missed if you have kids. Mr. Otto Is a very engaging proprietor. His love of children's literature is so apparent. I know now that is a necessary stop when I'm shopping for my grandkids.
