My family and I went here to get my first car. Adolfo came through with plenty of knowledge and was a great help in us deciding the car. While he states that he is a newer member of this dealership, I know that he will do great in it. Would heavily recommend asking for him when you come by.

Watch out for shady business tactics. I hade a text offer from Edwin for $24,000 for my 16 Jeep Rubicon I went down to Stockton Nissan on 8/17/2024 Edwin was not available so I was dealing with Uncle Bob who was playing shady tactics of holding on to our ID's to keep us on the lot he came back with an insulting offer of $21,150 this is after I showed Bob the text conversation with Edwin. Their dealership also has a $4,000 mark up on every Kicks we looked at with dealer installed paint protection & other stuff to bump up the price of the vehicle. We called them out on both the dealer mark up & the low ball offer & asked for our ID's & was leaving the lot. Got in the Jeep got ready to leave the lot & Uncle bob comes running out "I got you $26,000 for your Jeep come back inside" We left & end up purchasing a Kicks from Elk Grove Nissan where we were treated with respect & not like uneducated suckers.

I came in there for oil change & tire rotation. The service dept. lost my Nissan tire caps that I had bought from Amazon.
poor service starting from the Service Manager to the person answering the phone. They don't attend to your needs in a timely manner even though I called Service dept. several times. Service has not responded to me. So, I called Consumer Affairs.
I hope Nissan will treat us better in future. Husband & I have bought 4 cars from them in the past.
Amanda maintains good customer service.
