I needed some blueprints printed for the next day. Deapite the fact that none of the machines seemed to be working, they told me that I would have to jump the queue and would nave to pay extra. So I paid hundreds of dollars and came back the next day. My blueprints were in a jumble on the counter and some were torn. They were out of order. The guy at the counter gave me an attitude and blamed me for the night shift leaving the job in a mess. Very rude. Very bad attitude. I asked for the manager. I waited for 20 minutes and he didn't come. I asked other wmployees for the manager and thry said he was busy and couldn't be disturbed. I went to the area where they sell office furniture and spread my prints out and started putting them in order. Several were torn. One had a shoe print on it. The manager finally turned up and said I couldn't use the table, and uf I had a complaint, I needed to take it up with the night shift manager. I asked for a number to escalate a complaint and he said I could get that from the night shift manager too. I will never again buy anything at any office depot. It is nit surprising that their recent reviews are lousy. I hope they go out of business.

Horrible. Couldn't find 2 super basic PAPER items, no help was offered at all, was lied to directly by girl at front and then had to wait awhile before anyone was even around to help. Finally got someone, they were IMMEDIATELY rude and dismissive, didnt help in the slightest. Totally dismissed all my questions and was completely willing to offer any help whatsoever, not nice, not professional, not very good customer service. Honestly was not expecting to find much there to begin with but would have been nice if i was treated like a customer instead of a pest when i only wanted to look at paper... worst store for office materials in ALL of stockton by the way.

It is clear the staff here could literally care less. Don't use this place for printing they will do an awful job.

Take your blue prints to ARC Printing instead. These people are idiots. I can defi itely see why their recent reviews suck.They charged me extra to "expedite" a job, then told me they didn't have time to complete it. I paid upfront and extra, but had to come back the next day and my job was incomplete, torn, dirty and all the pages were out of order. The guy at the printing counter gave gave me an attitude. Every time I come here the self-service printers are out of service and the line for the service desk moves extremely slowly. Employees walking around doing nothing while there is only 1 employee helping customers. Better off going to Staples in Lodi.
