I very much appreciated the outstanding service I had with (the younger) Andy. I came in for a new battery for my 2015 Lexus. He took care of everything. He was very helpful & knowledgeable. Excellent service!!

I was at another store to purchase a headlight and since I had such a great experience at the last O'Reilly I thought I should take my business back to a local one near me. 2 thumbs down for service. When I asked him if he could install it, he said he "would take a look but no promises" I should have known that moment. He came out and looked and fiddled farted around with the compartment-acted like it was very foreign to him and said "nope. Sorry. Maybe the car wash across the street can help" Are you freakin kidding me??? It only took the kid at who helped me at the Galt location 5 minutes to do it about a month ago. Andy, the (non) service boy, said they "well we are not supposed to do that" Let me tell you, in that moment, I wanted to go in and just get my money back and visit the nice (and helpful) folks at the Galt location. Then I come on here and see ratings on how helpful "Joey" was installing things for customers and what-not. Guess he's "not supposed to be doing that either?" My recommendation would be to go somewhere else if you are looking for a helpful hand and Joey isn't there to help. I drive a 2013 Chevy impala. C'mon man... there wasn't even anyone else in the store... not It's not like they were super busy and he didn't have the time... I'm not exaggerating... there LITERALLY was no one else in the store except for one other service guy. Sucky service. Oh and I forgot to mention, Andy signed me up for some rewards things that I did not ask for or even want. But that probably is something to bump up his "customer service rating within the company" No bueno. I call "o rewards" and had myself removed (because now I am receiving texts!) but the dude who answered the phone didn't query my complaint about why I wanted to be removed. Again... sucky service.

O'Reillys doesn't care about its customers in case of a restroom emergency. I was denied using the restroom, as a customer of many years now. They said they "don't have restrooms" . We'll then customers should shop at autozone. autozone let's us use their restrooms. Never shop here. Ever, until they learn how to respect their customers

This review is for Joey. I my car died this morning. I knew it had to be the battery. I arrived at the Pacific Ave location and Joey was quick to help! He first checked my battery to see if that was even the issue, and it was dead dead! In less than 20 minutes, Joey checked my battery, found the right battery for my car, rang me up and installed it! He was friendly and informative. I asked a few questions (which I know can be annoying) but he answered with a smile and explained in a way I could understand. Such a pleasant experience. People like Joey are hard to come across nowadays. So thank you again Joey, you're superior customer service turned what was a stressful day into a much better day.

Service is slow and when I called 20 minutes before they closed the phone continually rang for about 5 minutes and then hung up.

We had been here a few times and nothing to complain or comment about about, but nothing special to brag about either. Until one day we met one employee who made the experience of shopping at here a lot more pleasant. So we shop here when we need to simply because of one 10 star employee, Larry. My partner and I had the luck of being helped by Larry. He was kind and definitely went above and beyond to help us find a solution to our situation. He definitely is an asset to his company because of his exemplary customer service, which now a days, sadly is hard to find. I know who's help to look for when I have a question or need assistance with my cars never ending maintenance. Advice I can trust and the best customer service I've seen in a long time. We want to say that we appreciate his excellent customer service and a big Thank you!!!
