Manager & employees are awesome: happy to answer questions; check in the back for items not on floor; & when my picky ass kitty decided he hated a certain kind of canned food I had bought a lot of, they let me do an exchange of the unopened ones for the kind he'll eat.
They also score big points in my book for hosting adorable, adoptable cats & kittens from our local shelter. You should absolutely go find ur new furry best friend & help save a life today!

Had my pup in for her first grooming. Not sure what was done, as the groomer, didn't go over anything with me. She even forgot to text, that my pup was ready to be picked up. I know they are busy, but , maybe on the first grooming, go over how the pup acted, what was done, and if there are Amy questions. Makes it more personable.

Prices are too high. I went to get a collar for my Chihuahua. The lowest price was $16.00. I went to the Dollar Tree and got the same collar for $1.25.

I’ve came in more than once to this location hoping it was just a bad day or busy day but more than once the staff was unhelpful. When asked certain questions about medicine or any reliever before finishing my question I got interrupted with a quick no.. when I tried to further go ahead with my question I was still interrupted with a no. Lack of empathy and customer service you would think because they work with all type of fur babies they’d be a little more helpful but instead I left with more questions and frustration rather than being pointed to a better solution or recommendations.. Try at your own risk. Some staff not all are unhelpful and rude.

Professional and caring attitudes and fantastic care for veterinarian and grooming needs. Our dog Jax absolutely loves his groomer Vanessa, too!

I took my Doberman in for grooming service and as soon as we walked in the lady named Vanessa had a terrible attitude. She accused of us hitting our dog when we tapped her to sit down and gave us a lecture about animal abuse. We picked my dog up & she handed a tag and said go pay in the front, so we did returned to go get my dog and she lectured us again and said that if tapping my dog next time in their office happens again she’ll refuse service.. lady mind your business my dog is perfectly healthy, happy, and does not get abused. We will definitely not be returning to this location

joanna is seriously soooo amazing, she is super patient and definitely caring ! we have brought our 3 dogs to her a few times already and they all come out amazing. today i brought in my yorkie princess and she loves joanna. she always does so well with her and princess came out so beautiful today i definitely recommend her if you're looking for anyone to groom your fur babies.

Employees were not very knowledgeable, or helpful. I couldn't even find an employee on the floor. When i went to the cashier for information on some pet products, he didn't really know the answers, or how to help. Plus their prices are pretty high.
