Today there were 7 customers waiting in line and the credit union only had 1 window open even though there were four other staff persons walking around.

After making a cash deposit have to drive up ATM machine like I do every Wednesday of the week for some reason the ATM machine decided that it wanted to malfunction it took my money the receptacle thing that takes the money door kept opening and closing for approximately 2 to 3 minutes when it was finally done opening and closing the machine give me my card back with a receipt that read zero balance !! So I immediately contacted customer service while still in the drive through ATM customer service told me to go inside to see the branch manager well after going inside I guess the manager was too busy to deal with the member so I had to deal with the teller Explain to her what the situation was they made me feel out a deposit dispute form because they supposedly don’t service their own ATMs to see why the machine malfunction!! So meanwhile my hard earned cash and I tried to deposit into my account is lost somewhere in their machine no one can help me until they’re atm people come to check it out !! Next day tried all day to reach a representative at the branch on Ben Holt To get an update of what’s going on with my money!!! Well after calling the customer service number all day they were unable to connect me to anybody that could help me! It is not my problem or fault that their machine decided to malfunction and screw me out of my hard earn money that I was trying to deposit to make bills!! So I guess I have to take time out of my day to go down there in person to handle this matter very disappointed in Premier community credit union!!! They act like I am a thief or something So warning if you’re ever trying to get a hold of the branch directly good luck it ain’t happening and there’s nobody that’s available that could help me with my problem is what I’ve been being told all day!! Very very very poor customer service

Don't use the ATM if you are a co-op credit union. The ATM took my card for no reason. Premier claimed that there is a hold but Safe Credit Union shows no such hold. Or no such transaction history that an attempt was made at that ATM. They refused to give me my Debit Card even with a valid ID and confirmation from Safe that no such hold exists. Be extremely cautious ⚠️.

Pulled some cash out of their ATM and then went inside to ask if they could exchange the stack of $20's for $100's. While friendly, the teller would not make the exchange. Also on a Friday afternoon has only 1 teller with a line out the door.

I called today to ask if their lobby was open and the person said that it was until 5:30 after waiting 15 minutes to talk to a representative. We drove 40 miles to find that the bank was completely closed! So frustrated, with gas prices so high, we don't have the money to be wasting driving around!!!!

Apparently this bank does not cash checks issued by their clients. The most useless bank I've ever seen in my life.

Again I am having more problems with this bank. The phone line process to speak to a person is awful. Not to mention that there is a risk of being the 15th person and when it gets to your turn, you are disconnected on their end and then have to start over. I HATE THIS BANK! I will be closing my account and open up a new acct. with BofA. I would stay away from this credit union.

I had been a customer for over forty years starting when they were Stockton Teachers Credit Union. The first problem started after they closed their branch on Pershing Ave. It was centrally located, unlike the Ben Holt location. Over the past five years, I had seen a new group of employees come through the ranks and become the higher ups. After this time, I started to notice that there were more people behind the lines shuffling papers than there were tellers. I started to complain to them about this and they just told me they were "short staffed". I said "what about these people back here, they can't come to a window? Well, needless to say, there comes a point where I stop talking and vote with my feet. I went over to Bank of Stockton. At B of S, if there is not enough windows open, someone will open one quickly. I'm an old guy, I have more time behind me than in front. I don't want to spend it standing in line.

We scheduled an appointment at the Lodi branch with Frankie. He was very polite, friendly, soft spoken and efficient in giving us all the info we needed to help us with all of our accounts. I appreciated his soft spoken voice as many customers were inside doing their banking too. I do not like everyone knowing our business. Frankie respected us and we left extremely satisfied.

11-17-21. Today i went to used the atm outside n wanted to break the $20. so i went into the branch waited in line for about 15 mins. So i got up to window n can u break this $20. And she ask me " do u have an account with us ?,, so i say no,,, she says i can not help u, because u dont have an account with us,, come on. A bank tat can not break my. $20,,, this is why i close my account with them over 12 years ago,, also close my cd money market too,,, fuuuuckkk this bank i will never ever go n used their atm anymore,,,
