First and foremost the Lab person in space 1 is horrendously rude and unprofessional. This woman is an African American on the heavy side I'm describing her so that the supervisor can speak to her on patient etiquette. This is her job/career if she is unhappy then by all means look into another field..

I’m not sure if they’re under staffed or what but they provide poor assistance if help is needed with check in and they’ll just tell you to make another appointment and come back another day wasting people’s time.

NO FRONT DESK, ELIMINATING WORKERS SMH.. WENT FOR A WALK APPOINTMENT, KIOSK GAVE ME A APPOINTMENT FOR 12:10PM EVEN THO I SHOWED UP AT 8:00AM...I CAME BACK AT 12:03 MY NAME NEVER GOT CALLED...SO I HAD TO WAIT BY A DOOR JUST TO ASK WHY HAVEN'T I BEEN CALLED...I WAS TOLD THEY CALLED ME AT 12:00PM . ...THEY TOOK 5 MORE PEOPLE SO I LEFT BECAUSE I HAVE OTHER ISH TO... SERVICE IS POOR AND SLOW HERE

I haven't been here in over a year because of how they treat patients, so this review reflects the 10+ visits before I stopped going here.None of the employees have name tags or names on their cubicle so I only have their physical descriptions. They should be required to have their name displayed.The woman with red hair called a Spanish-speaking man "incoherent" to his face, simply because he had an accent when he told her his name. I have observed the same woman speak repeatedly to elderly patients and non-English speaking patients with a very impatient, harsh tone, and in my opinion, she even implies that they are slow or stupid based on how she speaks to them. Sometimes those patients have family members who can step in, but often the patients are alone and they cannot defend themselves.The same woman inquired about why I was taking a certain medication, and why I needed a heart valve replacement, and said I was too young for all that. I felt uncomfortable and unsure why she was asking those questions, but I answered.The same woman with red hair told me she could not help me unless I removed my mask to tell her my address and birthdate. During Covid! I complied because I needed the test done, even though it made me uncomfortable, especially because I am in one of the at-risk groups.This woman knows that we all depend on her and I feel that she uses that to her advantage. She can be as disrespectful and probing and discriminatory as she wants, and we have to sit through it because we all need our tests done.Lastly, I asked the man who works in the 5th cubicle if it was possible to keep my insurance on file since I have to come in every 2 weeks for the same test and he said, "We have to verify the insurance each time, but if you don't want me to do that, you can leave." I had not spoken rudely or raised my voice at all, so I was shocked that he responded to a simple question in that way. I even asked him to say it again because I was so surprised that I thought I had misunderstood him.I have never been to a medical center where the employees have disrespected patients every single time I have visited the office (and I've been to this particular office 10+ times). I have to assume this is a daily occurence. It makes me furious thinking about how they treat the most vulnerable populations among us – non-Native speakers, those who are sick, and seniors, especially. And some people are all 3, and I can't imagine how they feel!

My wife got an appointment at 2:00 pm we show up at 1:45 pm proceeding to the window to check in they add her name to the list . At 2:30 pm we was waiting from them to call her she went back to ask for status and they already have her as a missing her appointment but they never call her . This is a horrible service provided by Quest Diagnostic at suite 130.

I want to say the workers here are very unprofessional and disrespectful. I don’t particularly appreciate being yelled at, so I had to put a foot down, so they kicked me out. I will not let someone disrespect me when I have done nothing wrong. Please have your AA’s on check.I'm saddened I have to put 1 Star. Horrible service.

Not convenient. You have to make an appointment. Get there they say the computers are down and they are short staffed. I notice they are called people back that came in after 9am so obviously their appointment is after 9 also. It's 9:15 now I say something. Cuz mind you my appointment was 8:40 The chick catches an attitude telling me that they had an appointment. I told her I'm sure they did after mine. Now she's telling me they aren't gonna service me. Total waist of time and Gas! It's just too bad that Quest has taken over and has gotten worse in serving the community. Customer service no longer exists. Trust they don't deserve this one star at all!!

Customer service is poor. They say they don't take walk-ins yet there are signs up all over the lobby stating otherwise. The lady is snappy not helpful and shouldn't be handling customers. Too bad since the location is perfect.

So to clear up any confusion they do not except walk in any more how ever say you show up at 8am they will let you pick a time for that morning for example say 8:30am get the point ?. They people here are nice.

First off I am so disappointed in what I witnessed today. Some people are not Tech savvy and the woman today was extremely rude! An older couple sat there not knowing they had to to check. When they finally asked why they weren’t being called, an older woman with white hair yelled at them “Do you have an appointment” they said yes and she said “well we will have to reschedule you” they were a little flustered and explained their situation. She had no care or understanding and kept yelling at them to get another appointment then rudely told them to sit down. After a while another man who seemed to not speak English very well had the same issue. The previous man who had trouble tried to help him but the same woman came out and was aggressive and rude to him also then told him to “Go sit down” while pointing at the chair as if she was talking to a toddler! I am so embarrassed and saddened by this!!! This was on 05/09/2022 approximately 1:20PM. No staff should be yelling at someone like that and the computer system isn’t for everyone! This lady is very rude every time I come there.

That old b**** in the back with the flaky face is absolutely disgusting. She lucky I didn't spit in her f****** face. Old a** b**** gonna get knocked out talking to people the way she do. I told her she was extremely unprofessional and she told me I need to grow up. And she needs to hop in the casket old a** mf. She messed up drawing my blood too it's been like 20 minutes and it burns !
