Nice employees, clean environment very professional yet very friendly....make sure you make an appointment, walk ins have a long wait and if you have to walk in, make sure it's in the mid afternoon, always busy early

Horrible customer care!!! They took 2 patients who came in after me and told me they were closed and wouldn't do my blood draw. When I nicely mentioned that, she rolled her eyes and walked off.

After giving the sample they never turned in my lab tests. So I waited a whole week for nothing just to find out I have to take it again because the "tests were never done". Horrible. No consequences for no one either by the way.

They have no personal to help you.They never have my appointment in the computer.They have the WORST customer service ever. Not the people on duty. The owners of this Corp are TERRIBLE PEOPLE ONLY INTERSTED IN PROFITS. They could not care less about people.

It's ridiculous how they make walk ins wait. I get that appointments are "priority" but the fact that they don't call walk-ins at all is really insane. They might as well make it appointments only with no walk-ins. People with appointments can also wait. They should do it where they call some appointments and then walk-ins. If they choose to simply call appointments only. Then simply don't allow walk-ins to check in. That way there's not people wasting half a day to get one thing done.

I've always been helped promptly at this location, rarely there's a wait. On the occasion that there's a wait, it's not much of a wait. The phlebotomists are skilled and I haven't experience any pain.

Don't know he name older women with a bad weave kept telling people they don't take walk ins after or people who had appointments would come and check in and she told him he has to reschedule even tho he was on time. Another pregnant women was left waiting for 2 hours Will not go to this location again

Celia was very helpful making sure to match my procedure code so that my insurance would cover. She stayed on the line after many attempts was able to obtain the correct information.

Made an appointment quickly online. Easy! Great service! But looking for my results and it has not been posted. My draw was 5 days ago. Need a little service on that.

Overcrowded and under staffed. Plus those delivering the service are basically learning on the job. Avoid it if you can.

They schedule appointments when they're understaffed and when employees wish to go on break. Overworked employees are then agitated and perceive questions as attacks; this place really needs help.

Had an appointment, was there 5 minutes before appointment time. I accidentally pressed the wrong button on the automated check in(not even a real person) and after a hour was told there weren't anymore walk in's. I had an appointment!

I had an appointment for both of my doughters and while they were taking the blood test for the first girl we were waiting to be assigned to a person and then they said we need to come back in another day because I was late for my appointment and the girl was so bad in helping or giving a solution that the only thing she did was continue to assist other pacients and left me just there with my appointment cancelled because of her ineptitude and lack of kindness and just the dumbest person in there so d********
