You only come here because u have too right. It’s a cleaner location but can be just as busy. They said walk in wait time may take 2 hours. Even with an appointment my lab draw took 30 min. The worker was nice but talked about being very overwhelmed and understaffed. Left me feeling bad for them.

Update on my last review that was absolutely horrific. After the awful girl who drew my daughters blood was so rude and treated my daughter as an inconvenience- the bloodwork never even ended up where it needed to go!!!! So we just had an appointment where our provider said she never received the lab work!!! What?!?!!?!? This place is awful! Never go there!

I really liked this location. Of course it's small, it's just for testing. The nurse who drew my blood was nice, the needle was painless. The transition to having to make appointments online was very rough and hard for some older people who weren't technologically inclined. I learned their busy days are Mondays, so I never schedule on those days. If it's too full to comply with Covid mandates, then wait outside.

Thank you very much to diagnostic quest for taking us on short notice. We needed a full lab and we're able to get it within a short amount of time. Technicians were thorough clean and helpful. Thank you again.

I’m not sure why the ratings for this place is even a 4. It deserves a zero, the lady who did my blood draw did a terrible job. I don’t know if she was having a bad day and was frustrated, but you never take it out on the patient she hurt me really bad with the needle and a few days later I was bruised and it’s been two weeks now my arm in that region is still yellow I’m scared and don’t know what is happening. She really irritated my skin, she needs to be fired ASAP! This has never happened to be ever in my life and I’ve done so many blood draws for testing and school, worst experience ever, never will be back. This was a female with long hair and I think blond highlights, tan skin maybe of Mexican descent.

They no longer do employer urine drug screening collections here, so don't waste your time. I checked in on their tablet and put that I needed a drug test. It took 40 mins for someone to inform me that they no longer do it at this location and that there was a sign up saying so. It was the smallest sign that no one would even think about going up to and reading. Why make it an option when checking in, then? Super annoying and waste of my time. I included a picture of the sign in case anyone needs additional locations to do this service at.

My doctor faxed this location the day before, and I came at 7 am for my test since I couldn't eat for 12 hours and no appointments are available. I asked if they had gotten my lab order and they said no. So I had to wait until 8 to call my doctor's office and get it faxed again. I went back and they still said they hadn't gotten it. Then I said my doctor wanted to receive a call from the lab. So she looked at the fax machine and found both faxes under a bunch of others. By then it was 8:30 and she said I had to be "standby" and there were 8 people in the waiting room and the appointments start at 9. I will never go back to that location given my experience there. I definitely felt like they could care less about helping me.

I made an appointment three days prior at 7:40 I got there at 7:30 there was this elderly lady using the touch screen so I looked around for another which was in front of the counter however there was this man standing in front of the screen and wouldn't move I then said excuse me I need to sign in he moved I signed in informed the woman behind the counter that my appointment wasn't coming up she in a very unprofessional manner answered that I missed it and I would have to make another appointment. I was so mad but I kept my cool left before telling her that one screen was taken; by the way the lady was still signing in and the other a gentleman was blocking it. She replied with "You have to make another appointment". BFB that's what I called her in my mind ha ha.

Trying to reach a live person to answer a question, is not possible. It is extremely irritating. They should have just answered the phone by saying this is a prerecorded line only.

I used to go to the Magnolia street location but since have moved and am utilizing this location. Shane, who draws blood at the Hammer Lane Quest Diagnostics and previously on Magnolia street is professional and quick with draws. He is very familiar with my deep veins that roll.

Super sweet workers! I came in with my sister and the tech who helped was Regina and she was really nice and patient! My sister felt a bit unwell and she came out to get me just to inform me to make sure she's okay. She noticed my sister was nervous so she kept engaging with her to keep her mind off of the blood. We bonded over Thai food haha. Excellent service!

Didn't like it at all. I had made an electronic appointment at 7:15 am and I had a code. All I had to do was to type my 6-digit confirmation number and I was in. I arrived at the place at 6:50 am, almost half an hour ahead of time. There were already 6-7 people waiting in line (in the most horrific way according to Covid19 protocols). Pretty soon another batch of 10 people showed up. I didn't get to the touch screen to confirm my appointment until 7:20 am. None of the people ahead of me were able to navigate the screens efficiently. Some asked for help from others in order to sign in which further delayed the process. Pretty soon in a waiting area of about 150 sf we were about 20 people crammed and violating any safe distancing, all sorts of mask irregularities, no hand sanitizers (the only one bottle at the counter was empty). But the most annoying factoid is that there was no person at the front counter. Only a touch screen and a crowd of people(mostly elderly who couldn't use it. Then the nurse really make me feel the pinch of the needle(in the Lodi facility I usually go, such would never happen). In summary: the space is too small, understaffed and there is a lot of pressure to process people fast but not necessarily in a professional manner. I don't think I will ever set food again in this location, until and unless they take more adjacent space at the shopping center and hire more people to work there in a far more efficient manner than they currently do. And when you see a facility like this where the front desk receptionist also works as a nurse, then you know you are in for something rough and unpleasant.
