I have been calling Rac for over 2 weeks because I’m paying for a broken television. I keep getting told that someone will call me back and no call has been returned. I paid for people to put my tv up, once they plugged it in, the screen is damaged but no crack. It’s an 86” tv that I haven’t used yet!!!!

I would rate it 0/5 stars if possible - CUSTOMER BEWAREThis the worst store/business I've ever encountered; I signed my lease in the middle of November for a refrigerator that was in their warehouse ready to be delivered. I waited the 3-5 days for a "confirmation text message" that never arrived. After I called the store to inquire, I was given the runaround by the store manager for an additional 2 days until the weekend hit. I was left without information for those 2 days as well, I called their customer service line the following Monday.I was then told the store would be contacting me the next day, that never happened. I called back to customer service to inquire again, and was connected to the store directly, in which I was assured my fridge will be delivered that night (1.5 weeks passed their initial promise date), and the cause for the delay this whole time was logistics.I've now been trying to coordinate a pick-up for almost a week now, and still haven't gotten a response.The store manager is not helpful, and is off into space most of the time he is communicating which is likely the cause of all of their "logistic issues".Total Time of Rental from Point of Signature: 4 weeksTotal Time of Rental from Point of Receipt to Current: 1.5 weeksSeems strange to be charged for an agreement of something I didn't have possession of for 3/4 of the current time.Also: I was told by their customer service several times that a District Manager would be reaching out to me within 24-48 hours (the first time was 3 weeks ago, 2nd time was 1.5 weeks ago, 3rd time was yesterday afternoon) - I still haven't received a call back from the first time, or the second.My advice for anyone looking to deal with Rent-A-Center is to try and find the same appliances somewhere else, you will have better service literally anywhere else. YOU WILL BE SCAMMED HERE.

I had a terrible experience with Rent-A-Center on Wilson Way, Stockton, CA. They were hesitant to let me inside during opening hours. Despite signing paperwork and providing necessary documents, the guaranteed TV delivery never happened. They lied, wasted my time. Extremely disappointed with their service.

will be contacting THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREA!!! the worst place to get a rental from! first they will lie and say they don't have items in order to get you to pay for the higher ticket items. I fell for it the washer went out 6 months after me having it. didn't get a loaner until 9 months after that! everytime I called about getting my washer serviced they claimed oh we are under new managemen. So we don't know what was going on before us. I have been told this 5 or 6 times since I got this daamn set! after 3 years here we are today and my last payment was due on the 4th and I'm short $60 and I door dash! but I am having car trouble and have to use some one else's car to dash! so I get a text today tell me that they are sorry that I don't want to keep my rental so they are going to pick it up. DO NOT USE THIS STORE! I do not know about other stores but this one is full of liars and thieves! GUESS I'LL SEE YALL IN COURT!
